Cenario's Pizza of Fairfield — Restaurant in Fairfield

Pizza is good for the price. 3 star for phone etiquette. Didn't take my name down for pick up. When putting me on hold, "cenarios pizza, can you hold, (click), no time to respond. Once picked up proceeded to ask "what would you like" I said I'd like to order for pick up. He then proceeds to say "hold on" and puts me on hold with no time to reply. Then when he picks up again, "ok what do you want?" I ordered. Replies fast loud and rude. Mumbles my total and how long it'll take and hangs up. I dont care how busy you are. Don't apply for jobs in customer service if you can't handle being respectful and nice. Places like this wouldn't exist if it weren't for people coming here. Don't ruin it over rude employees. If it was busy and rushing thru calls and orders then management needs to help support the staff with a new work flow plan. I almost went elsewhere but my son is really looking forward...

I ordered a couple of pizzas yesterday from Cenario’s of Fairfield, and as always, they were absolutely delicious! Their food is consistently top-notch, and it’s one of my favorite go-to spots for a great meal.

There was a small mix-up with one of the items I ordered, but what truly impressed me was their exceptional customer service. The manager, Mona, personally reached out to address the situation and ensure everything was made right. Her attention to customer feedback and dedication to delivering the best service really stood out to me.

It’s not just the amazing food that keeps me coming back to Cenario’s—it’s the way they care about their customers. I truly appreciate the effort and will definitely continue to recommend them to anyone looking for great pizza and excellent service in Fairfield.

Omg where do I start! I came in today at Round 7:45-8ish and was greeted by brandon, matt, then sam. Bernatta took my order and let me just say AMAZING! I was still in uniform complaining about my bad day at work, not thinking this young lady is still on the clock, cenarios was busy at this time but she still maintained to listen and take my order promptly! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a brief discussion about how ginger ale makes a bad day better, and bernatta gave me her own bottle of ginger ale she had purchased for herself. She went above and beyond to ale me feel special. Now I'm not saying you'll get a free bottle of ginger ale from her lol my point is she CARED. The whole entire crew CARED and was extremely friendly!! Thank you for a memorable night. Thank you for making my day...
