G Café Bakery Southport — Restaurant in Fairfield

As local residents, we were genuinely pleased to see G Cafe open downtown. The coffee is excellent, and the pastries and bread are truly outstanding. However, our recent experience was disappointing and raised concerns about the level of management and hospitality. We ordered a hot quiche, which was served cold. After bringing it to the staff’s attention, it was replaced — again, cold — and the issue was neither acknowledged nor addressed. Another time, the cashier over charged for an item, and we questioned - we only received a "I don't know what to do".
