Lady in the bakery has no idea what she's doing. Went there to order a cake and while taking our order she stopped helping us to help another client even though she was helping us first. During the whole interaction she kept stopping and helping the other customer. When she finally got to our cake order she didn't comprehend what we were talking about even while talking to her in fluent Spanish. She was all over the place and she made us feel like we couldn't get the cake on the day we needed it so we ordered it for a day later than we needed it and still she didn't seem like she wanted to do it. She was all over the place, definitely not good customer service. Today we called to ask how much was left to pay on the cake and she told me she would tell me in a few moments and I spent over 40 minutes on hold waiting for her to tell me how much was...

This store screwed up my grandma’s birthday! She was turning 60 years old today. I called the store and order the cake one week an advance to pick it up at 12’ on Saturday. I drove for 30 minutes on Saturday, and when I got there they were telling me that the order was for Sunday. The cashier kept insisting that the person who took my order speaks well English she could’ve never wrote Sunday instead of Saturday. I was really angry. First of all the customer is always right. You don’t tell your customers that they are the one who messed up. I couldn’t messed up the date because it’s my grandma’s birthday. I never wrote bad reviews, but this one I’m writing it because I really hope they will not screw someone’s else...

This location is geared towards a Spanish speaking clientele with all signs in Spanish. If you can't speak the language the service will be hit or miss (more on the extremely miss side). The first time when I tried to buy something years back I was completely ignored by the staff and left without buying anything.

I was later told by an acquaintance to just grab a tray and tongs, grab w/e pastry I liked, then bring the tray to the register and someone will be there to ring everything up so I decided to give them a second try.

Normally when the service is this bad, the food tend to be amazing to make up for the difference, but I didn't think the pastries were all that good other than...
