Ordered a small apple crisp Latte with whip cream. Got it home and opened the cup to this…

the drink wasn’t for me and I did not sip on it during the drive. Otherwise I might have noticed sooner and turned around. Sure the whip cream melted but there was over an inch of room. Where is all the milk? 1/4” room is more acceptable. The lid allows space for whip cream.😉 I had a pup in my lap so I wasn’t fully focused but the cup felt light to me and I should have said something. I didn’t order a cappuccino so this tells me the barista is not using a metal spoon to hold back the micro foam. It might have looked full and as it settled lost all its froth..or it was someone steaming milk and trying to make it stretch for two drinks and that’s all there was. Either way, I know it’s a new location but I’m a little disappointed. Lines can form and it feels busy. But we’re willing to wait if it means our drink comes out correct. Please don’t rush the process, I like this cafe and want to keep it that...

Three bad experience in a month all in the drive thru. The first time the girl gave me the wrong change due to not knowing how to count change. Then argued with me and told me I made out better and got more change back when that was incorrect. Went back and forth before she got the manager to open the drawer and give me my correct change back which was an even $2. The second time my coffee was made wrong and they did not heat up the cheese roll as requested so I had to eat it dry because I had no where to heat it up. Now today once again the cheese roll was not heated and both sides of my bagel were burnt and just thrown in a bag. Usually I don’t write reviews but three times in a matter of a month is frustrating. I prefer the Dartmouth Location due to better service, staff and food quality. I ordered a dirty chai latte with two shots of espresso. Barista gives me the drink and it clearly doesn’t have espresso, which gives it the dirty look hence the name. I asked if there was espresso in there. Two people blatantly lied and said there was espresso. Once I tried it I knew I was right and told them there was no espresso. Why lie when you know you didn’t put any in? Especially at this price point. Instead of making the drink over or pulling two fresh shots I saw her use a shot already pulled and pour it over the already portioned drink instead of making it over.
