I was there in August of 2024. I went with a friend to see an outdoor band. I ordered a drink and asked that it be dairy free because I have an allergy to it (very bad gas pains and can't digest it properly). The waitress assured me that there was no dairy in it. I even asked her twice to double check. When I started getting pains, I went to the bar to ask if there was dairy in my drink. They said, "Yes. We put a scoop of ice cream in the bottom." I was mortified and had terrible gas pains the entire night. To top things off, the waitress brought an extra order of bread and charged us for it. When we told her that we didn't order 3 of them (only 2), she would not refund us. The next day, I called to speak to the manager. After getting transferred to 3 different people, I finally spoke to a woman who I thought was reasonable. Her name is Sophia. I explained the situation and she seemed empathetic. She asked me how they could make up for what happened. I said that I wanted a full reimbursement which came out to $76.08. She said that I would get a refund. Upon checking my credit card statement on October 12th ( yes, a month and a half later), there was no refund. So I called again. When I questioned Sophia about it, she said that the manager, Mark, was going to check the cameras that day and speak to the staff. Fast forward another month later and still nothing on my credit card statement on November 14th. So now I am just going to write a bad review because they obviously don't care. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone - especially if you have a food allergy or if you just like to get your food order right...

We were seated right away with 5 people, took a little while to order drinks and get them, which is fine.

But then it took an hour and a half for our food to come out and it was all room temperature. Asked for extra drinks before the food came out, and we had to remind them again to get them.

We finished our food and told them to forget about the drinks we just want the checks. They walk by 3 times over the course of 10 minutes, finally I just hand them my credit card and we finally get leave. Took a little over 2 hours to all get one drink, no appetizers and basic entrees.

Pretty disappointed to say the least, considering it wasn't really busy around 8-830pm during the week. We also wanted to complain about the room temp food but we just wanted to leave.

I don't want to blame the waitress at all, you guys just really need to up the efficiency. We could tell that the few tables around us were getting fed up as well, as their food order was either wrong, didn't come with the right stuff or just took forever and was cold.

Really want to come back for the huge menu and great views but that probably won't happen. Takeout might be an...

Ate here outdoor lastnight and it will be my last time. The worst service I’ve ever received from a restaurant ever. Told the waitress it was my sisters birthday and I would like a slice of cake to be brought out, it never was. Waited probably an hour for appetizers (and I didn’t even get my cup of chowder and she tried to charge me for it!), had to go up to the server because she had no focus on our table and no updates about anything and never asked us how anything was. After already being there for an hour and a half I asked the server how long the food would take and my answer was “it’s going to be an hour and a half for the food to come out so you can decide if you want to wait or take the check” told her I’d talk to my table and she just comes over with the check basically booting us out. I asked if the cake would still come out and was told it’d take just as long as the food would’ve took. Although it’s a beautiful spot and there was a great band playing the service was awful and I regret every penny wasted here. Don’t...

Went for brunch during the "Dog Days of Summer" in support of the Fairhaven animal shelter. The staff was extremely friendly, they came out with beds and bowls of water for the dogs, as well as having some menu items for dogs. The food was pretty good, and fairly priced as well. Definitely a nice place to bring the dogs on a Sunday morning. It sounds like they will also have more Dog days events coming up sponsored by Tito's vodka, and Dogfish Head brewery.

Group of 5 under the tent. Great drinks! Debs lemonade was refreshing and sangria was also great. Our server was friendly and service was excellent . We did have a brief rain shower but the tent protected us and the staff was great. The atmosphere was fun with music and great views. We will be back for sure! FYI plenty of gluten free options!

Great Venue for Live Music! Drinks were reasonably priced and good and strong. We had a really fun time coming here! I saw the band Thatcher here and they did an amazing job. One of the best cover bands I’ve ever seen. Great energy and good job working the crowd.
