Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Fairhope

I placed an online order. I picked it up and when I got home with it my side was not in my order. I called and spoke with the manager and she apologized for the mistake and said her employees were doing the the best they could. I find that to be a sad state of affairs in running a business. If the manager thinks their employees not getting someone's order right is doing the best they can, then the manager should probably be replaced as well as the employees. Great service. Woman at the drive thru repeated my order correctly and was very nice. The people making the food doesn’t know how to read though. I ordered 2 sandwiches. Very pretty dining room; very good service; awesome food!!! The pimento cheese and spicy pimento cheese are so delicious and authentic.
