Wow.. What a story to be told. My family went through the drive though just to order a whopper meal. We gave the attendant the code for a discount using the app. As soon as the employee rang up the order we told them that was the wrong item. It was ringing up a double whopper without a drink
We asked to speak to the manager, the manager told us that once we place our order, it can not be changed.. We were obviously confused with this logic. We then ask, well, don't worry about changing it in the system, just give us a regular whopper meal with a drink. It's the same price. The manager took this as an insult! Then stated that she didn't have to serve us unless we apologized.
Thinking she would be nice enough to change the order to the correct $8 whopper meal I told her "sorry" and handed over my card. She handed me the receipt, and my food/drink, to my shock she charged me $12. At that point, I knew not to argue with this lady. I simply told her that I will let my bank handle this.
As we were leaving, the manager yelled out "never to come back" So I am assuming, we can no longer visit our local location, because Burger Kings gives their managers the power to trespass anyone who disagrees with them, but not the power to change a simple...
Read moreI ordered fries and a sprite, my boys got the infamous Hershey pies. We come back each year on the same day, today we were praying for the same little blessing named Elijah, and the same experience of last year. However, our prayers were not answered. The fries- the saltiest food I’ve ever consumed unironically. The pies- quite the opposite of 2023’s visit. We presumed that Elijah could maybe have been promoted to management or cooperate, because of the stone cold fact that our server was that of a pebble to a statue in comparison to our glorious burger king Elijah. They first off- did not accept card!!! Thankfully our homeboy spotted us a spare 20. The server caused roughly 10~15 minutes of monotonous wait time, during this interlude, whilst preparing the lackluster meal, we peering into the drive-thru window and it appeared to us that the server was “crashing out” jumping up and down, slamming fists, throwing ketchups, burger, and other condiments. But, he presented us with less charisma than a rock, and gave us the worst Burger King experience of all time. Do better BK. #notmybk #bringbackelijah...

I ordered a double cheeseburger value meal, I was given my drink and was asked to pull forward after paying because the fries were cooking and it would be a few more minutes. About 5 minutes later, I was given a bag that I later realized was not my order. I received one whopper, and that's it. After realizing that I was given the wrong order, I attempted to call them to let them know what had happened because I was unable to immediately return to the restaurant. The number on the receipt was incorrect. Last time I checked, the area code for Fairhope hasn't been (334) in approximately 15 years. I tried calling the number using the correct area code and had no luck. This store has definitely lost my business, and I recommend anyone who considers going here to go somewhere else.
