I typically do not have an issue when ordering my pizza online but today was the complete opposite. Delivering a few mins late is understandable. What I cannot accept is being sent a pizza in a dented box that is coming out of the warming bag opened on one side. To top that off when I asked to see it before signing my receipt, I see this big burned bubble of dough on one side. I told the driver I did not want it and did not want it remade. To ensure my refund would be processed and returned to my card within a timely manner I decided to go to the store myself. The issue had already been addressed to management by the driver prior to my arrival as the driver sat in my parking lot several minutes before leaving and actually pulled up to the store right after I did. When entering I was greeted and I told the manager I needed to speak with her. Now in a managament position it is required that you set the bar of excellence for your employees. That did not happen here. Her demeanour was appalling. Because I have never had an issue with Manager Beth Brooke I would have gotten it remade had she shown a level of excellent and professional customer service. Instead she displayed no empathy, no apologize, no consideration. She did not even look at me while talking to me until I said "Is your name on my receipt." Then manager Beth looked at me and said you know all you had to do was call me instead of coming up here. No what should have happened was the pizza that came out to me should have NEVER pasted as company standards. It should have been remade at that point and notification sent out letting me know it would be late for this reason. How can a manager hold their employees accountable when they are not following protocol?...
Read moreAs always, I made my order online and ordered a pizza with no cheese or meat for my daughter using the "make your own pizza" option. Her pizza was delivered with cheese so I made a call to talk to explain the mistake. The first female I spoke with was rude and condescending, explaining to me that this is "not Pizza Hut" and you have to "take the cheese off" when you order a pizza with no cheese. I tried to explain the way online ordering works. She cut me off and put me on hold. The second female I spoke with was the manager (not sure because she did not identify herself or her position). She basically repeated what the first female said and I, again, explained how online ordering works. I explained that I make this order often and I asked her if she had ever explored the way online ordering works and that when you "make your own pizza" you don't take toppings off, instead you add toppings. She continued to argue with a very hostile, condescending attitude. Finally, she said that she will make me another one and said she had to go because it's raining and I need my pizza. The driver delivered the second pizza and was very apologetic because he heard the manager speaking to me and so I gladly tipped him again. These folks do not like to be called out when they make a mistake and they love to argue. I feel bad for the drivers who may not get the tips they deserve due to the rude, know-it-all attitudes of the people talking to customers. This was not my first time having a bad experience with an incorrect order. I wish I knew how to...
Read moreHad to call in my order due to a malfunction with the online ordering. Ordered 2 large specialty pizza's, breadsticks, 2 desserts and 5 cheese sauces for 55.03. I specifically told them on the phone about the specials and he said, he was putting in the discounted prices. Nope! Also stated not to forget the cheese sauces, because the last few times my sauces were not with order, sauces are .50 apiece. Money is not the issue, getting an order right is what is needed. I called the store to tell them, guy said, what do you want me to do about it. I said, Bring me my cheese sauce. It's an hour later and still no cheese sauce. Lack of customer concern or service will destroy any business. Not ony were the cheese sauces missing, no garlic butter with the pizza's or any sauce with breadsticks. Where...
