I attended The Kiln’s open house and ribbon cutting with the Chamber and was so impressed. I had noticed their new location while taking my daughter to tennis practice and remember thinking what a perfect spot—and it truly is. Megan has done an incredible job bringing this space to life. It’s creative, inspiring, and grounded in the history of the area, right down to the Fairhope brick made from local clay.
The studio is ideal for pottery workshops, and the finished work on display is beautiful. One detail I loved: the broken sidewalk leading up to the entrance has been artfully completed with broken pottery—it’s a perfect reflection of the spirit of the place.
