Leonardo's Pizza Fairlawn ( Across from Summit Mall) — Restaurant in Fairlawn

Pictures included. Honest review from ordering to pickup and taste. I ordered large Pepperoni pizza for pickup online. I arrived 30 mins past the pickup time I had scheduled for. People were friendly and polite. My own fault I was late, but the pizza still felt warm through box and it was. A large Pizza is 12” cut to 8 pieces. Upon first glance at the pizza when I got home I thought maybe the pepperoni was under the cheese (have had some old school pizzas like this before). Got a slice and started to eat. After 4 bites and not tasting any pepperoni I decided to peel up cheese on a few slices to see if it was missing or if I just wasn’t tasting it. Sure enough, upon closer inspection no Pepperoni. The cheese, sauce etc all had a great flavor though. The sauce in particular is not like the sweet pizza sauce it has a little bite, which I really like. I cannot stand sweet pizza sauce. The people were polite, pizza was still warm although I was late. Would be 5 stars if the pepperoni would have been on the pizza but hey we’re all human. I would get the pizza again and certainly try...

I have never been here before I was picking up an order for a Door Dash customer. Upon walking I thought to myself it smelled good in there and I would like to try it. There were two workers one being a young girl and one being a middle aged man who appeared to be a manger if not the owner of the store. From the back he yelled to me that the order needed a drink a Pepsi. As a door dash driver it is our job to check the customers order to make sure it’s correct, on my side the order said a Coca Cola. Not being here before I didn’t know they only had Pepsi products. So I responded to the employee that the order said a Coke. His response to me was “Seriously.... Get real it’s the same thing” I couldn’t believe the tone he used with me as a customer. After this experience I will never eat there and I will never recommend it to anyone I know. I hope that you think about the way you speak to people to gain new customers...

Edit 2/24 (THE WING DINGS GO SO CRAZY LIKE OMG SERIOUSLY IS A REALLY GREAT DEAL I GO CRAZY ON THE FRIED WINGS AND RANCH THATS WHAT EVER ONE COMES FOR)

There nothing against the people who work here but the food was just very disappointing and me and my family decided to try a new place that we haven't tried before and it was just sad. We come in we say our name for our order(our order was a family chicken box with jojo's and a large pizza) we get our stuff and I notice the box size is really small like the size of a personal pizza almost but I didn't say anything got home and there was only 7 slices in this "large pizza" the topping on the pizza was coming completely off when trying to grab a slice (which are tiny too) then all of are chicken was dry and the jojo's it was just not a nice experience food wise and the total was $28.35 for a small pizza and dry chicken I dont believe I will ever order from...
