My wife and i went to the new Buffalo wild wings Go store in Fairmont Wv. We were not aware that it was a call in restaurant as it had a drive through around the building. So after being made aware of this i went inside and place my order. A 20 piece boneless wing and fries combo with two drinks as we would share the meal. It came to $37 dollars, my jaw hit the floor. But we really like BW3 so i paid. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Ok, fine. I got my drinks, went to the car and waited as inside was packed with people waiting. 15 minutes went by and we drove around the drive through to pick up the order, it was not ready. Was given a pager when it was they would page us. 20 minutes went by and nothing. So i went in and asked about the order, it was on the shelf under a hest lamp. I took it, left and we drove to the park to eat. The chicken was hard as rocks, the fries were under cooked and cold, the blue cheese dip was spoiled. I wasted 37 dollars on food you couldn't eat....
   Read moreStopped in last night to get gas and grab dinner headed back from Motown. The girl that took my order was nice, told me it would take 5 minutes. While waiting on my food a male employee stood there talking to his friend being loud and degrading a girl the friend swears wants him… I’d say not but the icing on the cake. A blonde girl behind the counter where they at least package the food, was picking at a place on her forehead, I’m pretty sure popping a pimple.    Read moreAccidentally placed an order too late and it was pushed to the following day. Came to the store before they closed, explained to the young lady working and requested the order be cancelled. Provided her with all the information, she said it would be a couple days and the refund would be issued.
It’s been a week, and a refund hasn’t been issued.
Called back today, and I’m told the manager (Brian) will need to take care of it. The employee was unable to tell me when Brian would be in to address the issue.
I want my $90 back.
