Absolutely Horrible Service! As a matter of fact no service at all! Went there tonight the host was on his cell, then we went towards the bar. Asked a waiter if we can just sit t anywhere, he said “yes, but recommend us to buy drink at the bar and order food from the bar then sit down because they were a bit understaffed “

We went got a drink the bar tender said he doesn’t take food orders we need to sit down and order from a waiter! So confused we asked for a menu. He forgot to give it us after a few min we asked the other bartender.

Sat down for over and hour with drink at the table and menus. They served every table around us! Not once they came and asked if we needed anything, is we wanted any additional drinks or nothing!

Absolutely NEVER going back or referring anyone...

The place was a whole vibe. We made a quick stop after googling restaurants in the area and we’re glad we did. This was by far the best meal we have had since we arrived on the island. All the food was flavorful. The mofongo was delicious. My boys who prefer Wendy’s or McDonalds over everything even raved about the food. The bacalaito put any other one I’ve ever tasted to shame. The drink was strong and good. There were games like giant connect four and a plastic axe throwing game that my teens played while we waited for the food. The music was on point with good salsa. We sat outside and it was perfect! For the ladies the bathroom is huge, clean, and has a floor mirror. Great place for a date or even girls night! I am so glad we came across this on our west to east...

Ended up here a few times as it is one of the few late night options. Not a bad option, but also not a great one. The food is decent, with amazing empanadas, the service is hit or miss, and the atmosphere is odd. The bar/ restaurant side is almost dead while the outside bar is rough and rowdy. The bartenders tend to ignore the bar side standing on the outside bar side so you sit with empty drinks/ waiting to order/ cash out for a while. The manager will serve you, then leave the floor to go hang out with friends instead of being attentive. Could be a cool place as it is beautiful inside, large and has so much potential, but unfortunately...
