Burger King — Restaurant in Fall River

I've been there twice since moving to this side of town and the first time food was alright can't expect much from fast food but the service sucked. We waited forever for our food (6 pc. Chicken nuggets and a whopper jr meal). The young kid who was at the window looked like he was miserable (can't blame him) but he didn't put the cover over my drink correctly and it almost spilled all over me First time want that baf so I decided to go there again (2 $5 whopper jr meals one no mayo the other no tomato) they both haf tomato and only one had reminents of mayp looked like it was scraped off, no sauce for nuggets asked for sweet and sour got NOTHING. My whopper jr which I was CRAVING that day the party was hard around the edges like they stuck it in the microwave to long...we were missing 3 nuggets between the 2 meals and the fries were so cold and blah that we didnt eve eat them, we gave them to the family of raccoons that come visit our yard. Needless to say but we will NEVER EVER be going back to that...

Theres a woman by the name of tara that is very rude and obnoxious. First off, she slammed my bag of cookies on the counter yelling 12 packs of cookies!!! as if its a bad thing that i had ordered that. Second she then puts all my food on a tray and i explained i am sorry, i had asked for it to be to go.. she then agressivly grabs the tray and goes oh!!! well they didnt put that!!! then took all my food and just threw it in the bag. I then said can i get barbque sause she goes oh.. you have to pay for those. i said okay? she goes next time but i am letting you no now. okay? she acted like the sause came out of her weekly pay check. Then i kindly asked because i had 3 bags and i was walking if i could have one of those door dash bags so i can put my bags in and only have to carry one she said no, we dont have them at this store. really? cause i didnt just get one last week? cause i live near this burgerking.. smh even the employees look fed up so if you have alot of people quiting lately, theres...

Over the past few years, I feel I've had nothing but negative experiences at this location. Whether it's me waiting 20 minutes for my food only to find out no one was working on my order, to the staff yelling obscenities in the back in full view of the customers, to consistently getting my order wrong and forgetting food, it's been a thoroughly terrible experience. My latest experience is the last straw and I feel compelled to write this review because I am sick and tired of how awful the service is here. To unapologetically and outright refuse to let me order when it is still during business hours and during dine-in hours is so utterly insane that it beggars belief as to how this place is still in business. I really can't believe how the staff and management at this location has been so consistently awful for years on end.
