Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fall River

I'm sorry but this place was absolutely filthy,gross,very nasty and sticky tables. first of all I walked in with my fiance and the front end workers where talking to three girls at the table while they eat and asking me all at the same time what i wanted and what toppings etc and meantime as I was saying what I wanted he was putting the opposite because he was not paying attention so I again stated what i wanted and he obviously was not focused and was not listening so it turned into a loger process because multiple times the young gentleman was not listening and also was not talking in English but he was most certainly talking English to the three girls sitting at the table facing him, who he stopped while making my order made sure to get one of the females attention to give his business card to. I proceeded moved down the line and told the girl what i wanted and what I didn't get and she brushed it off and acting like she didn't hear or know what I was saying and told me to cash out with the young gentleman on her left who also was absolutely clueless and all together you could tell they all just had no care and didn't care or hear what feedback I was asking or saying and was only focused on cashing me out. I also did experience while waiting for a manager because I had to say something. This order and food was not cheap at all and I just needed to express what had happened and meantime I noticed the tables where very sticky, had dried food all over, the floors had food, napkins, wrappers all on the floor and it looked very very bad and gross it made me very uncomfortable even being inside nevermind the environment was already bad. I had to ask again politely how long do I have to wait for a manager and the young gentleman said she's busy talking to a family member on a important call and that the other manager was to busy helping make food so I at that point decided to leave and I will not go back. I am not one to ever complain but I felt that how I was treated,ignored and what i seen with my own two eyes including my fiance who also agreed that he never wants to eat there or go back. This place is very ran down and it's sad because it's a small place and very new and it's already terrible. I hope they can address the communication and work ethics and run this restaurant better and clean it because I will never ever go back how filthy it is. I went to this place expecting the worst. I read through some of the reviews and saw that it was only rated 1.5 stars. I’ve been to the Chipotle in Dartmouth plenty of times and occasionally have been dissatisfied, but never to the point I would leave a review that low. I understand we’re living through a pandemic and not many people prefer interacting face to face but when I tell you this place hooked me up. Phew, I got soft tacos inside hard shells filled all the way to the top of the bowel. It was better than many of my experiences in other places. Both employees asked us if that was enough and if that was the way we wanted it. They also informed us on any up charges before the fact. It took a little bit considering they were busy and freshly frying shells. But not long enough for me to be bothered. Over all the only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because I’ve had better, gotta leave alittle room for improvement. If you’re getting this chipotle through DoorDash or any delivery based services, you can’t expect it to be the way you asked. I also noticed there seemed to be a pick up window which also in my opinion will never be the way you asked. unless you go inside and build it with there employees there I don’t think you’ll be able to enjoy the same experience we did! Usually catering from this place is great- that being said I have had terrible experiences with pick up orders over the passed few months.

Ordered a quesadilla and it said that it came with two sides. I customized it to my liking but didn’t add any sour cream, queso, or guac to my order because I assumed these were the two sides that the meal came with (to further back this theory, adding these queso/guac showed an additional charge). My quesadilla came with no sides.

Everything tasted really fresh but the grilled veggies were cut so poorly that it ruined the whole experience. Half of a red onion with the root still intact. Green peppers were quartered instead of sliced.
