D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Fall River

Update: decided to give them another chance my order tonight was put in at 7 o’clock I was told 30 minutes to an hour they showed up within the timeframe but both of my subs were wrong I called back and was told that the delivery driver would leave as soon as he got there, I waited 35 minutes and called back to see if he was on his way and the delivery driver answered the phone and said he was leaving in a minute, I called back to talk to a manager because the fact that the delivery driver answered the phone is completely unacceptable given the timeframe and all I got was an apology it is now going to be 9 o’clock by the time I get my subs, will not be ordering again no matter how much I like D’Angelo’s

I’m only giving three stars because I got my order for free, so they made it right, but my experience went: I ordered a sub at noon for delivery, the guy said 30 minutes after taking all of my information down, I decided to call back at 1:15 when I hadn’t received my order, they claimed that they didn’t get it, then tried to say that it was possible I called a different place, didn’t matter how many times I told them that I recalled from my recent call log they still tried to act like it was on me not one of their employees, nobody wanted to claim that they had talk to me the first time, even though I have a very distinct name, I was told there was only three possibilities and all three of them said no it wasn’t them, funniest part is I’m almost positive the guy they sent to deliver my second order is the person who took my first order.. so needless to say my first experience with D’Angelo‘s delivery didn’t...

I ordered online...didn’t get a conformation email but they took the money out of my acct.so 20 mins I go to get my food.say I’m here to pk up an order for Tim.she looks at the computer and I get,is there another name?no I said just tim....we don’t have anything here for Tim what did you get?i tell her...she looks around...did you order at the right one?yes I say I’m positive..she looks around the other orders again.then looks at the guy who actually makes them and asks....do you remember making a tuna pocket and a steak and cheese?he shakes his head no.so I’m thinking here we go.i go out to my car and make double sure it was that location and while I’m in my car the only woman who knows what she’s doing waves me down and says they found my order.ok I say...thank you.the confusion...I guess...was that it was already paid for and the online is messed up.but what pissed me off was that imitation mike lowell sub maker out right lied and said he didn’t make the subs I just ordered.that pissed me off beyond belief.idiots I tell you complete idiots at William canning Blvd.except for the older woman with glasses.shes the only one who knows what she’s doing. PS...AND...he making the fn sandwich wrong.how do you f up...

I love my D'Angelos subs and soup. As soon as I land from FL my sister and I go straight to pick up our subs. The gentleman that helped us again tonight when I got back to RI from NJ is awesome. I told him that he would see us the next week before I go back to FL and when I called tonight he was working and I said it's FL Deb again and he remembered. My sister accidentally thru away the receipt, but he knows this is for him. He was on the night shift tonight and last Thurs when I got in from FL. He is excellent at his job with exemplary customer service skills that most managers do not have in retail currently. I would fast track him if he workes for me. You would have a great manager and excellent responses from customers. Please sell me a Franchise to open in Florida. We need your subs in Florida. Please give my buddy a raise and commend everyone on great team work. I will call tomorrow and get his name. All My...
