Standards have fallen off a cliff... I have ordered from this domino's location for over 10 years. The last 3 times we ordered for delivery from here, have been subpar at best. It's not even just domino's but rather the entire restaurant industry since the covid last year. As regular customers of different restaurants we have noticed a SHARP decline in quality, cleanliness and attitude of the restaurant servers and workers. They're being over worked and short staffed... everywhere... because no one wants to work anymore... (thanks to the government for all the money they're just shoving into Americans bank accts )... this domino's has 3 times in a row now forgotten pizza or sauce or gave us the wrong pizza. Now I've ordered from here well of over 100 times in the last 10 years and have never had an issue or incorrect order not one time... until last month and tonight. Twice they forgot a pizza ..I didn't call on it the last 2 times, But this time I did, as it has been 3 times in a row now. The woman who answered was clearly annoyed that they had an error and made it clear that she was annoyed with having to remake a pizza and send it out etc. Which is fine I understand the frustration it's a busy Saturday night / but as your customer I should be oblivious to the fact that you're annoyed to have to correct a mistake... on top of it 1 of the pizzas that they did deliver was I correct completely and they were all cut completely wrong like someone struggled to cut them with a spoon rather than a sharp pizza cutter. And all the edges were cut off . It was a hack job. But that's fine too. I can not stress that I'm not trying to be hard on them, but at the same time... It's pizza.. and had it not been for 3 times In a row ... I'd have left a glowing review as usual. It's unfortunate the people working in these restaurants are being overworked and understaffed due to the state of the country right now and I fear we will be waiting a good decade to get back to where we were im the restaurant and food industry, before the Panddy started. Until the government stops handing out excess money we will surely continue to see the decline In quality service - and contain giving attitude back to stressed out...
Read moreI don't even know where to begin to start so this is not the first incident I have had with this store this is actually the third incident and it's with the same driver I ordered food and I weigh over a half an hour for my food to be delivered she's take my food back to the store stating she has called when she does not she brings a doorbell that does not work I've already called and spoke to the store manager and it is stated in their policy that they are supposed to call the phone number associated with the account and she refuses to do so this is her third time that she has done this to me made my kids wait an hour for their food when they're less than 5 minutes from my house she had a disgusting attitude when I confronted her about her lying about calling my phone I showed her my call history and she still stated that she called me I'm like you did not call me I had my call history here I've been holding my phone for the last hour waiting for somebody to call she then stayed in well do you want your food or not if not I'm going to take it back to the store as she's trying to pull the food away from me I've never accounted this kind of behavior and the fast food industry let alone have somebody lie what I was just on the phone with their store manager stating that they called my phone and they did not my doorbells been broken I have told them that several times that's why it stated to call my phone my food was cold when it came here the storm manager refuses to give me a refund for my my food knowing it's a store policy if your food is not delivered within 30 minutes guaranteed of placing your order that the food is free the miniature refused to give me a refund stated if I wanted to refund the food had to go back to the store and then also stayed in for me never to order from them again and that they will never accept the order let alone fill it I don't understand I have been a loyal customer for them for 4 years I will never order food from them again because it's not fair for my family to have to wait for the food that was supposed to be here within a half an hour let alone 45 minutes is acceptable but over an hour no it's not and to have...

As a former employee who holds the company in high regard, I am well aware of the standards that Domino's holds itself to, which as a long time customer I have come to expect not only from Domino's in general, but from this particular store as well. I am almost always satisfied by my order. Tonight, my girlfriend ordered us (order #289) a medium pepperoni pizza, a marbled cookie brownie, a garlic cup and a 2-liter of Coke. It arrived promptly and was left at our door as requested. I opened the pizza and was not happy to see that the cheese was way over-topped, barely leaving room for the pepperoni which was undertopped. The dough was flavorless and there was a layer of congealed gel between the dough and sauce, an indicator that the dough should not have been used. Furthermore, even though the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni only, there were quite a few pieces of green pepper and onion mixed in. I can only speculate that whomever made the pizza used the cheese from the catch tray to make my pizza, since it was within an hour of closing time. Frankly, I expected better. I tried calling multiple times to reach a amanager and let them know but the call would not go through since the store had just closed.
