Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fall River

The asst/manager on 4/26/25 around 9am was so rude. That's not how you treat your customers. I always ask for my coffee made the same way. This manager refused to make it. I never had a problem ever at any Dunkin. I always ask for extra ice but I also ask for a larger cup since im getting less coffee. I NEVER have any issues. Next time ill ask for ice on the side?! Would that have changed? I go to Dunks atleast 3 times a day. This is the same reason I stopped coming to this Dunkin and go elsewhere. As you can see from the reviews, this isn't the greatest dunkin. The managers mainly, the one working around 9am should fine a new job. She even looks miserable. Definitely no people skills. The employees were all nice, excellent and I felt bad for. The employee tried to do what I asked but the manager said no. What's that tell you?!?!. I plan to call Dunkin corporate next bc that's not what you call customer service. Without us buying, no one will have a job. Remember customer comes first before your ego. Just saying. I’m not too happy with this location. I walked in and specifically asked beforehand if you guys had cold brew, I specifically asked the woman at the counter, and she said “of course we do” Then, why did you give me dark roast and try to pass it off as cold brew? You don’t know anything about coffee if you think passing off a dark roast coffee would fool somebody into thinking that it’s cold brew. So for the future people who drink coffee can tell the difference between dark roast, regular and cold brew. I know this might be surprising, but they all have a different taste. the girls here r so rude … ik a few of there names from them screaming and talking about their personal life & definitely not making coffee… 1 girls name is definitely Alissa” i knew almost everything that was going on in her Life while waiting for my coffee to be made because one lady was taken orders cashing out and making coffees … so unprofessional… doesn’t matter if it’s a Dunkin … wait till customers are gone i have to say that woman there… i think I her name was “Sue” she apologized to me & the other people in Line because she seen how aggravated we was in Line & how unprofessional !
