I would give zero stars if possible!. Rudest Management you'll ever deal with. They always screw up your order here, Even the simplest of orders. Then mad at you when you want it fixed. Constantly overcharging then want to offer you an apple pie or fry to not return your overpaid money. After screwing up my order TWICE & having to drive back the 2nd time thinking i could trust they fixed it the 1st time. The manager took my OLD COLD food and reused it. Lazy! I asked the incorrect food be freshly remade (too much to ask for) and the fries be replaced now that theyre cold, she replied thats not her fault. I said Whos fault is it then? Not my fault! She waves her hand in my face saying i dont wanna deal with you. Shes lucky i didnt slap that hand out of my face! i told her i dont want to deal with you either i want my correct order and renewed not just have what i paid for slobbed on my old cold burger. Before that they "didnt hear" us order a fry, so instead of adding JUST THAT fry on & tossing it in our bag, they made us go around the DT again and reorder and repay and rewait for this one fry with our 30$ order getting cold. That wait was about 10minutes while we sat behind another car flipping out on them for being overcharged and also receiving attitude over the cashiers mistake! The car in front ordered a triple cheeseburger, the cashier charged them for 3 cheeseburgers. Like c'mon thats not hard, get it together!. 2 customers in a row dissatisfied because of your own stupidity then you want to give them an attitude for wanting to pay the right price and receive the right order. The Manager that worked on 1/15 @night needs to be fired! Shes the most ignorant idiot of a leader. Thats a promotion that clearly came from McDonalds being desperate for a shift runner. Being that I work in guest service as A professional respectable Manager, i'm paitient and understanding. Im well aware the guest isnt always right but when they are, you sit down, shut up, listen, apologize and fix it! This is fall rivers finest Trap house McDonalds full of ignorant, lazy, losers. I'll give some respect to The man who the Manager sent to "deal with me" he had more leadership skills, more respect, and class than that lowsy Manager. If you need a Manager desperately and need to promote within, do your homework ! This guy has more leadership qaulities and deserved the promotion. Please Read* As anyone who reads my Reviews, there are not many Negative, if so it based on my experience at the time of visit. Anyway, last night I get out of work in the early morning hours and most times I do not get to eat at work so I stopped at this location being it was right next to the patient I work for and the highway being right there. I arrived at 1:43 AM. When the order-taker asked what I would like I asked for a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and a Large Strawberry Shake. He replied sorry we do not have either one and are you paying cash? We are only taking cash tonight. I asked why he said this is what they do at this time of the morning. I agreed to pay cash but they still didn't have the kids meal or shake. I then asked what they do have and the order-taker replied what else do you want? So I asked for a manager, this was the mistake on my part and where it all began. As I drove up to the window as you can see no one was in sight. So I went to the second window and clearly stated this is being recorded. The manager acting as if she was a police officer stated turned it off as I did. But that wasn't good enough for her she said she was calling the police and told me don't move. One would assume she was a cop as I started. So I stood there being I did nothing wrong. And she was on the phone with the police. Within 3 minutes a police officer arrived and she came outside and made a false statement to the officer. She told the officer I said I was an inspector? I was shocked and confused as to what she was saying. Note: she also stated I was being recorded and my license plate was also taken. Within nothing to hide, I abided by her request to not move. Not to mention this also held up the dive up the line. After the police officer was done listening to her. Without asking me for my side of the issue. He told me what the F--- is wrong with me? Read moreStaff is awful and rude, loved when old staff was there but they all left and they have newer workers and Everytime I get from from here, this place gets someone's order wrong and it's very aggravating and when I call or go back to tell them, they are usually rude and upset at me for their mistake of getting my food order wrong and by then most of the food is cold and ends up getting thrown away so if you have to ask for a burger or chicken sandwich or anything a different way, it's probably gonna be wrong and I'm allergic to lettuce and they usually put lettuce on whatever and when telling them, they are rude and don't care that I can die from it but they don't care and it just pisses me off when I get my food back right hot and correct but the other people's food I'm with is cold and no one wants there stuff cold... How hard is it to get food correct when that's there job.... It's not hard to just double check it, I would rather sit and wait an extra minute or two so my food is correct and the way I ordered it instead of getting home and finding out it's wrong calling them and coming back to get the correct food and eating it while the other people I'm with want to eat together is cold and I'm so fustrated that I usually end up just throwing it away but they get it wrong about Everytime I go there and I usually go there at least once a week or sometimes more and that's a lot of time that they get it wrong and I loved it when Mark, a manager that used to work there but works at the one down the street because he would make sure everyone's food was hot and made sure we were treated right....
