Visited McDonald's drive-thru this morning shortly after 6 am. Upon getting to the “first” window to pay, there were two employees at the window acting extremely unprofessional, very loudly arguing over how to process the debit card for payment I believe, they spoke different languages and could not understand each other, since they could not figure it out they returned our debit card to us and directed us to pay at the “pick-up” window. At the pick-up window, we were told a higher price of about $6.00 because they forgot to include the price of our Orange Juice. After receiving our food we pulled away and over to the parking lot to check the order, we did not want to at the window since it’s a busy time and a line behind us. One item was missing. We went inside the restaurant to tell them, it was very loud inside also, employees speaking extremely loud to one another and being unprofessional. Apparently, the language barrier was an issue again inside the store, 2 employees spoke 1 language, then the remaining two each spoke their own language, thus causing the process of explaining an item was missing and them preparing it took a lot more time than it should’ve. We live roughly 7 minutes away and went directly home to eat. The food all tasted stale and cold, a total shock considering this is a peak time when the food is always fresh and delicious. Also, one item (picture attached) was ordered with extra cheese and it had none, the slip on the sandwich wrap is included in the photo showing the extra cheese order. Our full experience at this location not including wait time before placing our order and only two cars ahead of us took about half an hour, it was 6:43 am when we left the restaurant with the missing item and the time on the slip from missing cheese sandwich is 6:16 am. I frequent this location often at various times of the day and night and it always different employees working, appears they have high employee turn over rate, and we are understanding mistakes happen and I’ve never made a complaint before, I do as I did today and tell them and they fix it without issue. Today was just beyond reasonable human error and the unprofessional behavior inside and outside of the restaurant was absurd. Read moreAwful service. Night-time staff members are a joke. Had an issue with my order, and I had to DRIVE BACK 10 minutes to the store. Waited inside the counter for someone to help me. Multiple team members saw me waiting. NO one asked if i needed help or hell let someone know there was someone at the counter. So went through the drive thru and, after waiting another few minutes to actually get to the mic, i tell her my issue and she gets the manager, she came to the mic and said "Hello this is McDonald's"...like duhhhhhhhh thought she was on the phone but nope talking to me. After telling me because i DIDNT eat the 40 nuggets i got (with no sauce cause they forgot it and i was in a rush and SHOULDNT have to check my bag when i only order 3 things) i couldnt get a refund. Which i didn't ask for. I asked for a new 40 piece of nuggets and the sauce to eat them. She just kept repeating herself. Im 99.9% sure she was high on opiates or maybe she was just really dumb.
3rd time haveing terrible service at this locarion over the last few years. We already do not eat McDonald's often, maybe once every 6 months, and honestly, this is why.

Read moreThe Fall River McDonald's, Marianne Blvd, with the Train, is NOT managed well at all! The owner, Bob Hogan, doesn't seem to care, as it's been poorly run for years. When Mark is here, from the Plymouth Ave McD's, it's much, much better. But running out of diet Coke? Never having ice in the dining room? Not having Chicken Tenders at night, because it is raw meat, say the workers, and they can't take it out at night...well, that's a problem. After 9pm, it's a very busy place, with a total of 2 people working...the order taker also does the presenting. The other person is in back cooking/making...makes for very long line to sit in just to buy a soda! But hey, Hogan's the boss. Whatever. On Oct 28, 2016, they screwed my order up. Two managers were on at the time, and wrote on our receipt, "2 Free Meals," signed Manager Phillip and Manager Myles. This year, on October 4, 2017, we went in to redeem. Not only did the 'new' manager of the week, Domingos, NOT honor the gift cert, he refused to serve us. A note to Hogan went unanswered. Terrible customer service.
