SouthCoast Markeplace — Local services in Fall River

Love this new place. This was once a complete dump. A complete joke. A complete waste of time to go here. It had the worst stores. The worst Walmart I've ever been in. The K-Mart was so nasty it could send you a fit of depression. The movie theater was an abomination! Now like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. We have The South Coast Marketplace! Bye bye Harbour Mall, and hello modern shopping plaza! And it is friggin GORGEOUS!!!

The stores, and restaurants here are almost all brand new, and BEAUTIFUL! There's a gorgeous. Brand spanking new Market Basket supermarket. A Jersey Mike's sub shop. An awesome brand new Qdoba that has amazing food BTW. The lovely 110 Grill, which has an outdoor patio with a ton of seating. The Picture Show. An awesome cinema complex. With reasonable prices! The most modern Starbucks you'll ever see. A new gym is coming. Pet Smart. Santander bank. Staples. A really nice, and brand new TJ Maxx. An Old Navy on the way. Five Below. Ulta Beauty. One Dollar Zone. Aspen Dental. Metro PCS. Venus Nails and Spa. Jackson Hewitt. Eb Lens. Super Cuts. Verizon. A South Coast Health is coming. And last, but not least. Everybody's favorite. A liquor store. Kappy's Fine Wine and Spirits. This is truly a destination shopping plaza. Even the parking lot is brand new. No more potholes. Yay!!!

This ain't your grandfather's mall kids. This is new, modern, and awesome! Check it out folks. You'll be glad you did. Oh, and yes you can still enter from Stafford Rd. And yes the Burger King is still in front. But you don't want to eat there when there's so many nice, new places. Do you? No you do not my friends....

This is a great plaza, it just needs a bed bath and beyond, it reminds me of the Highland Commons plaza in Hudson MA. It is an upgrade from what was there, it's always busy, which is good and the created a lot of jobs. Market basket is always jam packed. I know they have a Starbucks, but they really should talk to Gourmet Donuts from Fitchburg MA and get them in there they would bring in tons of business. I stopped in a few stores trying to get applications and everyone I spoke with was very nice. We needed this plaza I love seeing the parking lot full of cars when it was harbor mall there were maybe 5 cars parked in it. Check out 5below they have really nice stuff for under $5 , Qdoba has really good wraps. I haven't tried this location but I have been inside it's really nice in there and the food is great. I would go here if you're looking for something to eat. If you are looking for pet stuff there's an eblens. The stores are in a straight line so it's easy to find things you can walk the whole strip and go from market basket all the way to five guys and there's a bunch of stores in between there's a restaurant the 110 grill which is pretty good I heard but there's also Old Navy so you can get clothes. There's not much you can't get within that area. Within a half a mile of the South Coast marketplace you can get everything you need now before you had to travel to Dartmouth Swansea but now we can stay in city and buy things. This is all possible because of market basket they started the revamping of the harbor Mall as I used to call it the harbor hall because there was nothing there when I was a kid but they did have a good...
