I bought a new laptop and printer yesterday! The experience was so stress free. Jason Coles, an employee at the Fall River Staples helped me with selections. He went above and beyond for me. This is the best customer service I have ever had anywhere! I wanted to purchase the Microsoft office home package but they did not have any in stock. He checked on line with another employee but, out of stock again. He went out of his way to stop at another Staples near his home after his work day was over to pick up one for me there. He was a very pleasant, helpful, young gentleman with a lot of patience. I am so impressed with this young man. I must also mention a young man named Trent who helped me with my new laptop once he finished adding some programs to it. He went over the Windows 11 program with me as my old laptop operated with Windows 7, yes it was OLD! Trent was wonderful. There was another gentleman. I feel bad that I did not get his name but he was there along with Cole and Trent when I purchased the laptop and printer and when I went to pick up my new laptop after everything was transferred from my old laptop. I mean this with respect and kindness, but DeeDee (I think thatās her name, she works Amazon return counter) is a constant over sharerā just this past week I came in to return an Amazon package, something I would hope would take about 20 minutes max. There were only four people ahead of me in line and DeeDee took about 15 minutes āhelpingā each customer, diving into her own personal problems and not holding back whatsoever in topic matter. Iām talking personal issues from having to put her dog down to uh, bodily rashes š«„ the whole ordeal took over an hour because she refused to scan items and instead talked about her problems. Listen, Iām all for having a bad day at work and connecting with customers but this excessive and a constant pattern with her. I am sorry I donāt want to hear about a rash I didnāt ask about when I am just trying to return some headphones!! The rest of the staff here is downright lovely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would avoid this Staples location if at all possible. I called to inquire about having a document printed for a presentation, on quality paper. The representative in the print shop stated they had the paper, as well as the availablity to print the document when I arrived. I reiterated the importance of having it printed while I was at the store and the representative again cheerfully stated they would without question be able to accommodate me. When I arrived at the store the woman working in the print shop stated I would need to come back at 6 P.M. the following day, which was 24 hours later. I informed her of the previous conversation I had with a representative in the print shop regarding the necessity of having the document printed promptly, which was met with a complete lack of concern or helpfulness.
