Service was ok, food was terrible. Wife and I were super excited to try it, since reviews said it was good and the menu looked good. Went at lunchtime during the week, wasn't crowded, seated right away, server was very friendly, as was manager. We ordered the Tater Tot Poutine, the Fried Pickle Chips, Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese, and the Sesame Sriracha Steak Tips. Poutine was not even remotely poutine....the cheese sauce was basically cream? not at all thick, basically watery, and more importantly, no real cheese flavor. Very slight hint of cheese flavor if you tasted it alone, but completely lost once on the tater tots. My wife actually thought it seemed like it might be just straight cream. The "gravy" for it was almost french onion soup? It had large chunks of shallots and was basically a beef stock, also super watery/thin. Tried dipping the tots, that didn't work, tried pouring the stuff all over them, also didn't work. Just super disappointing, watery, mostly flavorless tater tots. I almost asked for ketchup for them, but I kept hoping I'd find a bite that would redeem them... Fried pickle chips were totally fine, run of the mill pickle chips. There's a sriracha mayo with them that was fine, they also include a honey mustard that pretty much clashes with the flavor of the pickle chips. I ate some of it on the tater tots instead...just weird/not good with the pickle chips, otherwise ok honey mustard. Ranch instead would have made more sense... Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese was ok...not super flavorful cheese again, but the bbq and ranch combo was ok on it, as were the onion strings. The pulled pork was super tough tough, actually required a sharp knife to cut it (had one from the steak tips...) Not inedible, but not really delightful either... Sesame Sriracha Steak Tips was ok too, but you only get 3 steak tips for $15. I asked for medium to medium rare, they all 3 came out well done and super tough. Flavor was ok, but not great. Whatever marinade they're using doesn't caramelize well or doesn't penetrate well. They did put the marinade or something over the rice though so it was pretty good. There were supposed to be pickled cucumbers, but I definitely didn't find any or they were flavorless and tiny if they were there. There were a couple shavings of carrot, and some sliced bell pepper on the dish as well. Not terrible flavor-wise, but the price for a tiny amount of overcooked steak, with no real interesting flavors etc was high. Our server was super nice, and the manager that stopped by was also super nice, I just wish the food was better. Server did take a while for refills on drinks, but that happens lots of places. Food was disappointing enough that we probably won't ever go back.

Hey everyone, another update. I don’t know how Lauren is able to keep up with all these orders and still make such a beautiful drink. Please look at this gorgeous “Rosemary Gin Fizz” pictured below. The purple comes from the Empress Gin and it is one of my favorite all-season drinks. Another 10/10. Edit: another great meal. Photos included of kale Brussels salad (sooo good and surprisingly different) and the seasonal salad with shrimp. Another 10/10. Shoutout Sarah Excellent food (sorry for the photo. I couldn’t wait to eat the mashed potatoes and beyond burger) but even more excellent service. Melissa is a top tier manager and when it comes to service you can’t beat John or Jeff. The staff always remember you and always ask about allergies regardless. The suggestions they make are impeccable. The Restaurant offers tons of gluten free and vegetarian options (that actually taste excellent). When it comes to their drinks they also do exceptional. I feel like I’m eating at a mixology bar with the way they incorporate unique flavors. Ahi tuna appetizer is a must try (thank you John for the recommendation). Too many good servers to shout out in one review! 10/10 in all aspects. Last and probably final update. This place has really gone downhill. It used to be my go to. I still really love the staff but the restaurant is not equipped to provide the service that is expected of their prices. Don’t bother making a reservation, because you will have to wait about 15 mins even on a Wednesday to be seated despite the fact that half of the tables are available. Their excuse has been that their kitchen is not staffed/equipped enough to handle the additional tables. The food is still pretty good but I won’t be back until they fix the kitchen and administration. Also a side note: every hostess I’ve ever had here was really awful. Very slow and inattentive and almost ignorant to the needs of people she was serving. I really hope this place turns around because it used to be my favorite. I look forward to the day I can update this back to 5 star.

I’ll preface by saying that I have never left a bad review, and this review does not reflect on my awesome server from tonight. As I work right down from the road from this location, I was so excited to get the BBQ Nachos after a long day at work, since I loved them when I got them a year or so ago. I was greeted by a super professional and responsive bartender, promptly got my drink and took my order. The nachos were brought out shockingly quickly, and upon having a couple, it dawned on me that not only were the chips stale, but the cheese was bordering on cold, hard, and unmelted. There was virtually no chicken to speak of, and the toppings realistically occupied less than a quarter of the pile of plain chips underneath. I feel very anxious about making complaints and sending food back. I am in the business of customer service and understand how unreasonable people can be. So in an effort to be easy to work with, I paid for the nachos, paid my bill, wished my server a nice night, and left. My hope is that I caught you guys on a rough night, and I would be thrilled to change my review if something could be done about this, as I’d love to give you guys another shot. What I will say is that I left my dish mostly unfinished, as I couldn’t stomach it. Again, I am the last person to complain or send anything back, but I figured you guys would like to know about this, and hopefully help out/reciprocate in some fashion. I thank you guys in advance, and look forward to an opportunity to edit this in a positive light.

visited on 5/9/25 around 7/8pm, we got seated fairly quickly. they weren’t overly busy but for a friday night at that time, decently busy. waited 10 mins for our server to come over, once she did you could tell she was just either not having a good night or just in a bad mood and didn’t want to be there. put our drinks & food order in. got 2 cups of chowder, a cheeseburger and shrimp scampi. after about 10 minutes we got our chowder, but still no drinks. waited 20 minutes trying to get our servers attention, while she noticed this and still continued to ignore us and even went as far as to say to another server that we were staring at her, prompting that server to turn around and look at us. still did not come over and bring us our drinks. meanwhile while this is happening, we watched the manager i assume, start yelling at someone in the kitchen from the dining room. after waiting another 10 minutes, we walked up to the hostess and asked to get the check to pay bc we were getting ignored, and after 30 mins still had nothing to drink while we got our chowder that was thin and watery and had no flavor. when the hostess got the waitress, she walked over with an attitude and said “your food just came up you don’t want it?” we said no thanks just the check. bc it’s been 30 minutes, we didn’t even get our drinks why would we want the food? so while she went to talk to the manager, they were visibly staring at us and then we watched the server go and hand out food to another table and then do other things. instead of walking over to us and informing us that our check was settled (we did not have to pay) she turned around, after doing a few other things and essentially shooed us away. did not even walk over to tell us it was all set, just gave us an attitude while shooing her hand saying to go. 10/10 don’t reccomend. the girl had blond ish brown hair in a braid. around 20-23 yrs in age if i had to guess. really upsetting as it was our first time here and...
