We come from Boston to stock up on Terminal's Portuguese cookies. They're just simple cookies. Nothing fancy. I don't know why they're so good.

And, ofcourse, we can't leave without some apple turnovers, a few Longjohns, and an assortment of Danish. And a sweetbread now and then.

Fall River's got about 28 bakeries.

For my 2 cents, Terminal is up there...

Chourico rolls, by 7:30 am, outside crusty inside soft and warm: unbelievably delicious. So far, this is the only item I've purchased here. The thing is - if you don't get there early you won't get them warm. And when warm they fit the definition of comfort...

The stalest old pastry ever.I don't know about the bread * I never tried it.Just not edible desserts and had to throw it all out.The lemon square filling was like a glue very stretchy.Terrible experience and unheard of for a bakery...
