Walking into Bubbakoo’s Burritos at lunchtime is like stepping into flavor paradise, but with a side of feeling like family courtesy of the super-friendly staff. Seriously, these folks could teach a masterclass in customer service and good vibes. You’re in line, debating if you need queso (you do), and they’re chatting with you like you’re old pals. One time, I swear they convinced me that extra guac would solve all my life problems—and honestly, they weren’t wrong.
Now, let’s talk about the food. Wow. It’s customizable in a way that makes you feel like a culinary Picasso. Burritos, bowls, tacos—everything is your blank canvas, and the staff hands you the edible paint. Want to add rice, beans, crispy shrimp, mango salsa, AND queso? They won’t even blink. They'll just smile like proud parents watching your delicious chaos unfold. And when you finally take a bite, it’s pure magic—authentic, fresh, and so good it makes you question why you ever settled for boring lunches before.
Bubbakoo’s isn’t just a burrito joint. It’s a lunchtime adventure with the best tour guides, where your taste buds throw a fiesta. If happiness had a flavor, it would taste like Bubbakoo’s. Just go—thank me later, preferably with a Bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla in hand. My absolute...

I thought he was going to just scoop some from the kitchen area but after a few short minutes he replaced the entire brown rice portion in the food bar.
The food itself was great as well! It was hot after my 13 minute drive home and everything had flavor. The chicken ended up drying out a little but the shrimp, which is made to order, was perfect. The beans, rice and pico were also 👌👌👌
I didn't get a receipt so I can't give the young man a proper shout out but good customer service is hard to find which is why I chose to leave a review at all
My order: Papi Hibachi bowl with chicken instead of steak. No cheese or sour...
Read moreBeen 3 times and have been let done all 3. This last time was the worst.
Soggy beyond the point of edible chicken quesadilla (I think it was the wet shredded chickens fault which was also the most cooked shredded chicken ever, weird consistency, tasted like a mashed chicken).
They were promoting this fried rice ball thing - absolutely terrible. The rice ball insanely big and so dry.
Lastly my nachos, ice cold and stale chips. The chips also started to turn to mush by the time I drove home which is only a 5 minutes drive.
The only time the food was on point is when I waited over 1:30 to get it. (Ordered online. Told me to wait 30 minutes, I did, then I drove up and had to wait about an hour for my food.)
I have hope though. Place is clean. Great addition to the area bc it was lacking a fast Mexican food restaurant. But they gotta get better at the...
