Management or something changed about 2 1/2yrs ago and they have gone consistently down hill. I always get a lg mocha latte with light ice. (ice gives me migraines) Apparently, light ice isn't an option. They always fill the cup completely with ice and I'll have to tell them to dump some out. The girl will give me an evil look and dump it about 3 pieces. I'll tell her dump at least half. This ALWAYS happens. One time I was watching the girl prepare a drink. She filled a cup up with ice, then filled to just about 1 inch from the top with milk, a cpl squirts of chocolate syrup, then literally, a splash of coffee. She gave it to me! I said, "This is mine? I ordered a mocha latte with light ice. This is basically chocolate milk, with reg coffee flavor. Then I repeated the steps she did to make the drink. She just stood there. I had to tell her I wasn't taking that drink, it wasn't what I ordered. She looked around like she was confused. I asked for a mgr. Another girl came over and told her to remake it the way I asked and she watched the first girl remake my beverage. Another time, I ordered my usual mocha latte. I tasted it and it tasted like raw cake batter. I turned around and asked what was this. (Side note: it took 2 of them, a guy and a girl to make this). She sd it was the birthday cake latte. I sd I didn't order this. He then sd, "... most people like it..." I replied, "... that's fine but I don't and besides, this isn't what I ordered. If you can't make what I ordered then you should have told me." She sd, "oh, we can make it if you want". My response... "that's what I ordered but never mind now. Just give me a refund please". REALLY?! Apparently, following simple directions isn't a requirement to work at DD. If you don't know what to do just make anything. Ugh. That was my last visit to that location. Read moreGood afternoon. I visited this location after my successful business collaboration with Retro Fitness in Fairless Hills, PA. There was a WSFS nearby, so I visited the branch first. Then I made my way over to Dunkin, where I purchased a hot coffee, decaf, black, with a flavor, peanut butter. What was so genius about this is that I asked the young lady associate what flavors did they have? I wanted White Chocolate but they were out of that flavor. The young lady named the flavors, but when she stopped at Peanut Butter, that was it for me. I thought of Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, which I love. The young lady associate then promptly told me about mixing it with mocha. I said if I can have two flavors, I'm all for it. She mentioned that the peanut butter can be overpowering if you know what I mean. The young lady then told me, she added 5 pumps of peanut butter and 2 pumps of mocha. This was for my future reference so when I visited other Dunkin's I could tell them this preference. I am adding that even though I am a Fitness Trainer, I do drink coffee. However I do not overdo it. I used to drink two or three cups of decaf every day. Then I went down to 1 cup after I visited the gym, Planet Fitness on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, early morning. Now I drink it, whenever I feel like drinking coffee, which is sparingly. This was my treat, because I had worked out. There is nothing wrong with drinking coffee, just do it in moderation. Read moreOn the morning of June 10th I stopped in as I normally do . That morning Dunkin’ app was not letting users load money onto the app.
Dunkin employees inside of the store was already fully aware of issue with previous customers that morning . They took the initiative to upload the money themselves onto my Dunkin app . GREAT !
Except for the part that they messed up !
The next morning they had a receipt ready from the previous day explaining THEY messed up . I looked at them confused as to why they are telling me this . The manager the girl with the long black hair who wears the blue shirt wanted me to actually PAY !!!!
As a fellow franchise owner if WE mess up we don’t make the customer PAY for our mistakes . I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the thought process that took place and will be taking further action with Dunkin corporate as she made me paid or she wouldn’t give me my order . Instead of making a scene I choose to be the better person. I will NEVER do business here again period ! Customer service doesn’t exist anymore , also can’t even count all the times they messed up my order...
