Fantastic. 100% Professional and Friendly! They took some very old VHS tapes (45 of them) and turned them into two perfect thumb drives. This was nothing but a pleasure dealing with these folks. I especially like the frame-by-frame assessemnt of the raw product as per anything that twas damaged etc. iIwill deal with EverPresnt only in the future. I only wish they taught a course on how to edit mp4 as in cut-and-paste (trim and merge) I have selected a video editing.compressing/converting program with good tutorials and support and so I should be OK. In the 1950’s my Dad used his movie camera to document events in our lives and we’d watch them on a big screen. Later he transferred them to video. Much later I decided I wanted to change them to digital. EVERPRESENT made that process very simple.
