Fresh coffee, terrible service. We waited a good 10 feet back from the counter for at least 5 minutes before the cashier acknowledged us to come forward. Cashier was initially friendly, but seemed frantic. We ordered 2 medium dirty chai lattes- one with skim milk, one with whole. We waited a few minutes for our coffees to be made, while the 2 guests ahead of us waited for their orders (both of which were presented with mistakes). Then, our coffees come up presented as ā€œspicy gingers.ā€ We state that we did not order spicy ginger, but rather dirty chai lattes. The barista states that this is a flavor of chai they offer, although we never specified that we wanted ginger flavor. The barista goes to her coworker and says blatantly loud ā€œThey said these aren’t their drinks. I told them this is a flavor of chai, and they don’t want this flavor.ā€ I asked what the regular flavor of chai would be, to which they replied ā€œregular black chai teaā€ so I specified that’s what I would like. They remake our coffees without much of an apology. While waiting, another customer comes in and asks how the employee at cash register is doing, to which he replies ā€œTERRIBLE. I’m having a terrible day. I want a coffee but I can’t do that unless people stop coming in here.ā€ Overall, very unprofessional. We finally get our coffees, and the barista takes a guess at which one was made with skim. Coffee is tasty and I like Coffee Obsession, but the employees need to be more professional about the way they interact...

Walked into an immediately ominous energy, with no one speaking in the entire establishment. The staff was immediately cold. My friend asked about the bagel toppings available and the boy at the register maniacally laughed at her, in a way that could only be described as evil. I then asked a simple question: ā€œis the black chai latte sweetened?ā€ and was met with the response ā€œI don’t know, I think soā€. Me and my friends, chai tasted like it was brewed in the depths of hell, with simultaneously no flavor and a mysterious after-burn. Basically, the boy is a liar. My other friend got the house iced coffee, after being frivolously rejected a cold brew, and wow was it nasty. The free plums were nice, if only I wasn’t allergic. We finally get our food items and they gave my friend her bagel with only one tiny sachet of cream cheese and a rock hard bagel. We left the establishment, relieved to be back in our car and be able to leave. But the parking lot is a two way road with only half a lane, so we spent 20 minutes having to reverse back into the parking lot whenever someone pulled into the half lane from the main road. I hope to receive both gas and therapeutic compensation after what felt like a never ending traumatic experience. Ultimately, I would rather repeatedly stick a nail under my big toe nail than ever visit this place ever again. Big thumbs...

The coffee is absolutely delicious. Every time I’m in Falmouth I stop by for a coffee. However, I’m extremely disgusted by the quiches they have. Last year I ordered a quiche and while eating I found a long hair. I was so grossed out! This was very disappointing considering I go for their coffees and it’s nice to get a snack while there. I didn’t order food here after that. Fast forward to today where I go back and I order the quiche not thinking anything. Lo and behold, I’m eating the quiche and enjoying it until I see a blond hair!!!!! This can’t be possible! I’m absolutely disgusted and infuriated that this could possibly happen AGAIN!! I will never order food from this place. It can’t be trusted!! They need to talk to whomever is making the food! They are absolutely...

Heart-warming cozy place with great coffee and baked goods. They also have bottle juices, yogurts, sodas, oatmeal, toast and bagels. They have wifi but they don’t want you to sit here for hours especially in the summer. Understandable. It can get busy but people are really friendly so you will find a seat. I like reading here because it’s calm. Their Rugelah is fabulous that’s our favorite. They have a great selection of teas also with black, green, red and herbal teas. They sell merchandise also, post cards, tumblers, coffee accessories and shirts. They also have art on the wall, photos or graphics you can purchase. Great for gifts. If you are around and would like to sit a chill or watch people come and go it’s perfect.

I grew up in Falmouth and have always loved coffee-O but now that I no longer live there I didn't realize how good I had it there. The coffee and food is unbelievably good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe in there is just fantastic. Very laid back classic coffee house vibe. There is a lot of local artwork for sale as well which I think is awesome. All that's great but the coffee is the real draw, it's fantastic. If you're a coffee connoisseur, or even just someone who appreciates a good cup of Joe, you'd be hard pressed to find a better option. I can't say enough good about this place.

I loved the atmosphere. Cute coffee shop and a lovely extended menu. Cute gift souvenirs to buy as well. Nice comfy rooms to sip and chat. I read that the mocha latte was a favorite. I tried it although I'm a big caramel latte girl. It was nice, but I didn't get excited or rave. Sorry. We ordered ice Chai latte, that was very good Hot chocolates came out room temp, they were nice and apologized and redid them but still were not "hot chocolate ". Maybe their way of serving them, but they had good flavor.
