The rice, amazing. perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. You thought rice was a side? something that just came with the meal? something simple? You could be happy with just a bowl of the rice they got here.

You want some tacos? Well they got em, and you better get a few of em. I hope you like FRESH, because I swear these tortillas couldn't have been more than 5 minutes old. Doesn't matter what kind of taco you like, they have it here, and they do it good. Check out the menu, your favorite is on there.

If you're the kind of person that thinks "Why can't i seem to find a good carnitas dish around Fargo?" You can stop asking that once you visit Casa Mexico.

Are you that person that just wants a good quesadilla? The good 'ol classic staple, grill pressed between a flour tortilla? Then stop reading and order. The quesadilla's here are simply perfection. I recommend the steak, but go for the one you want. It will literally heal your soul.

Oh, what's that? you're more of a fajita person? Well they got you covered here too. You got OPTIONS. So many fajitas. You could have a different one every day for lunch and not double up over the week. And let's be real. You're going to be coming back this week once you try it.

This place would make Guy Fieri update the mailing address of Flavortown. This place would make it into Anthony Bourdain's wet dreams. The cooks here must have something against my mama, because now I have to lie forever when she asks "who's got the best food"... sorry mom :/

Absolutely delicious!!! I had the Chicken Quesadilla Fajita, husband had Burrito Verde. Both were fantastic. The onions were astonishing. Miss Moe's, but great sit down restaurant, calm, family-friendly atmosphere without all the noise from sports bars. Our server was amazing. Thank you for the great experience.

Update: We just want again recently and it was just as good! Our server was very courteous (same one as before). Definitely check this place out. Your taste buds will thank you!

Update #2: Not sure what was going on tonight, our service consisted of waters being handed out and food given. No one came back to check-in other than to put the receipt at the end of our table without even asking if we needed anything else. Best Mexican food in Fargo!

1st visit: First impressions were lacking. Looks like "the husk of Moe's." The menu is HUGE, making decisions difficult. I was prepared to give a low review until my food arrived. I ordered a Verde Burrito, and though it did not taste like my favorite burrito from my childhood, it was rich and flavorful. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I need to try other items on their menu.

Edit: I have been to Casa Mexico several times now and I think it is fair to say, this is my new favorite restaurant in Fargo. The food is incredible, prices are VERY affordable. I usually spend 15 total for food and drink per person before tip. The only issue I have is that they get busy around dinner time and are usually understaffed, so dinner might be a delay.
