Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fargo

I ordered pizza over the food and the guy seemed out of it. I told him I wanted to original heart pizzas one pep sausage one Hawaiian. He repeated back 3 pizzas and I said no just the two heart pizzas, then he repeated back 4 pizzas and I knew something was weird. I kindly repeated my order two more times and I got deliver two heart thin crust pizza one pep sausage and one pep pineapple. I called the 32 store I ordered from and the manager was very stern saying that I didn’t order from this store it must have been the west fargo location and to call them. I was confused, just said thank you for your help, and called the west Fargo location looking for some clarification. Their WONDERFUL manager Thomas answered and informed me that I hadn’t ordered from that location in a year but felt awful for what I was going through. He went above and beyond offering to get the correct pizzas out to me even though my apartment was a distance away! He was so lovely over the phone and completely saved the day! My pizza hero! Needless to say if you want papa John’s order from west Fargo, NOT the 32nd Ave location. THOMAS DESERVES A RAISE...

I ordered a pizza for carry out on 12-31-23. When I arrived at the sceduled pick up time they were super busy which was understandable given the date. After waiting about 15 min my name was called and i was given my order.

When i arrived back home i opened the box to discover that my order was wrong. I had ordered a half pepperoni and mushroom, half canadian bacon and black olive, full onion stuffed crust pizza. What i recieved was a plain cheese stuffed crust pizza.

Now I understand mistakes happen but it was not a cheese pizza that i ordered and paid for. So i tried calling the store and kept getting a message stating that this numbers voice mail has not been set up. I gave up calling after a few tries and decided to come here to air my grievances (no need for feats of strength, merry festivus).

Anyway, i'm not looking for a full refund, we did eat the plain cheese pizza after all, but I would like some tangible gesture on P.J.'s part to...

Ordered a single pizza and single order of breadsticks at 6:00 pm. Called at 7:30 to find out where our pizza was and was told the driver was out with it. Five mins later we received a text from DoorDash saying he was supposed to deliver our pizza but the manager at Papa johns wouldn't let him leave until they gave him another order as well. He arrived with our cold pizza at about 8 PM and told us to immediately file a complaint with Papa johns. He had screenshots and documentation to back up his story. Open the boxes and the order is completely wrong. We tried calling the store for a refund and our call was cut off four times until we used a different number/phone and pretended to want to place an order just to get someone at the store to talk to.
