Salad and Go — Restaurant in Farmers Branch

my mom is a regular customer here she loves the salads and never had a issue with a order or with the customer service until a few days ago.. she found a tiny cockroach in her salad and she went back to and explained everything to the cashier. the cashier girl was very rude she basically had an ok what you want me to do about it attitude.. my mom just asked for a refund she wasnt trying to make a big deal but she couldn’t find her receipt at the moment and my mom kept telling the girl she had just came a few minutes ago that shes the one that had helped her if she can look up her transaction but she just kept insisting her receipt which is understandable you need a receipt for refund but if my mom was trying to explain to her that she was just here she could’ve helped a little more ... my mom ended up finding her receipt she gets refunded but the girl just had a horrible attitude didint even apologize for the inconvenience, just refunded her and basically dismissed her. like i said never had a issue, my mom absolutely loves the food but she just was very disappointed on how things...

Fantast Food! Fantastic Price! My office orders Salatas Salads 3-5 days a week as a group. We spend a ton of money there. Today was our first time to place a group order with Salad and Go. We really liked it. I hope you can make a few improvements in the near future for customer convenience. When placing the order online there is nowhere to put the name of the person ordering that salad so it can be labeled. Guessing which of 6 salads has cheese or no cheese or whatever is a pain. Most online ordering apps have a place to put the persons name and it's so much easier for group orders. The bags you gave me today were not proportionate to the size containers you are serving your salads in, so basically I've got salads going all over the place trying get them from the drive thru window, to my passenger seat, driving down the road, and getting them...

CALLING THIS STEAK SHOULD BE A CRIME!

Ordering the fajita/steak wrap here is like volunteering for punishment. This is the second time in 3 months I’ve given it a shot, and both times it was an absolute disaster.

The “steak” or "fajita" is a crime scene on a tortilla. Tougher than shoe leather, never fully cooked and somehow still flavorless. You don’t chew it you fight with it. Honestly you could probably patch a tire with it. After giving up, I had to pick out the pathetic scraps of “meat” (if you can call it that) and was left with nothing but an overpriced veggie wrap.

I’ve had beef jerky from a gas station that was more tender. I’ve seen dog treats that looked closer to real steak. Whoever thought this was good enough to serve clearly doesn’t care about customers.
