This is by far the worst subway I've ever been to when the women are there. I was not at all shocked when I came to do a review and saw all the bad reviews. When the two guys are there it's a pleasant visit more so than the two women. I HATE coming in and seeing them working. I went there today having placed an online order and the lady with the grey hair first wouldn't acknowledge me even though I was the only person in the restaurant. Told me that my order isn't until 11:30 and it was 11:21. No one was in the restaurant so why couldn't she just make my sandwiches? THEN argued with me about black olives. I specified online that I wanted extra olives on the sandwiches since my daughter can't eat the other veggies and she told me no there are only 6 olives to a foot long which is ridiculous if that's true. A foot long is a larger sandwich and I should've been able to get how many FREE toppings as I wanted considering I'm a customer who comes there a lot. She is ALWAYS unpleasant and then the other lady just sits back making bread like she doesn't see it happening. I plan to contact corporate because this location is still bad even though I was happy to see the guys in there once they reopened. I thought there was a new crew then here comes the rude lady again. She talks stuff about you in another language to the other lady as if you don't know it's about you given how she glares angrily at you. I won't be back and it sucks because my daughter loves subway especially when she is under the weather which she was today. Imagine coming home to a dry sandwich because the lady didn't want to put anything on it but 5 pieces of meat and very little lettuce. Be warned that she is not a nice person. The two older ladies that people are complaining about PLEASE believe them. They're so rude and could care less. I can think of other places to spend my money. Management needs to take action or they need to finally just retire if they aren't happy serving people. I'm glad so many people were honest...
Read moreSubway is OK, this particular one SUCKS due to rude, grumpy, stingy owners/sandwich artists. If you aren't there in person to repeatedly ask for extras of the free toppings and sauces, they'll just sprinkle the most minimal amount on - just enough for plausible deniability if someone complains they left something off.
Another reason to NEVER order online from them is that they always seem to hold my order hostage when i try to pick it up, almost as if out of spite! I used to go there often, but they always seemed to 'misunderstand' my name repeatedly and deny that the order in their hand belonged to me even though my order was the only one there! Perhaps there's a fee or loss of revenue they incur when orders come in online, but there's no reason to pass the resentment on to me.
10/10 would recommend ... Finding another Subway to go to instead...

I recently visited your establishment for the first time and was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. The customer service felt unfriendly, and there was a noticeable lack of hospitality.
I ordered a veggie sandwich but noticed that the lettuce was stale, with visible discoloration (red edges). When I politely asked for it to be changed, I was told that’s the only lettuce available. If fresh ingredients aren’t available, stale ones shouldn’t be served, as this raises concerns about health and food safety.
