May 20, 2025 - I've had a few visits since my last visit. Most were OK but today I tried to use an online deal in the restaurant. The manager at first didn't seem to understand the online order. We got to the part where she scans the code on the screen. The scan worked and the payment screen showed the right amount. For some reason she kept scanning the screen. The she started manually adding in the items and came up with a total over $5 more than the deal screen price. This lady first tried to blame it as an Apple app problem, except, guess what? It is an Android app that worked in the same restaurant yesterday! I finally had to walk away. Argh!
April 3, 2022. So disappointed. Went all the way through an online order shortly after 8pm last night (Sunday). All available information says the places closes at 11pm. The website took my online order and I arrived around 8:27. Restaurant was closed. How can the not change the hours and how can they take an online order for a restaurant that has already closed?

Read moreI’ve been coming to this wendys a lot and have always noticed when they change general managers until this week I seen the new manager of the store his name is Brian/bryan however you spell it, and I don’t think he is fit for this position he’s so unprofessional and rude to both customers and employees. I’ve seen him abuse his power as a “manager” by yelling at his employees like they are slow. Mind you these wonderful people have been working at this store for years and he’s just now starting, I write this as well because I need help on getting corporates number because this is not right at all it’s just so much I’ve also experienced with this manager that I need to talk to someone above him to let them know what kind of person they are putting in charge of this store and most of the time these employees are short staffed so for having someone in charge of you and be little you as the hard working employee that’s the worst thing you could do as a person so I ask for corporates number for this man who claims he is the “boss” and check him before you guys lose all these...
Read moreWhen I last ordered food at this Wendy’s location there was a piece of hair found on my burger. I noticed onions on my burger in which I asked to not be included, but when removing the bun to take off the onions is when I discovered the hair. I communicated to the worker what I had found hair & they simply asked me did I want another burger. I respectfully declined. Not once was I asked did I want a refund. Therefore, I reached out to corporate who was also not much help as they tried to mail me a gift card equivalent to the amount of the meal for Wendy’s. I mentioned that I was no longer interested in eating at their establishment however the General Manager Oscar Mieses was still trying to send me the gift card.
