Horrible horrible service and horrible staff. Rudest people out there. I actually dont want to give any stars. Coz the people working there are as rude, shrude and unfriendly as they come. All I wanted was a cheesy fiesta potato (at other places it takes less than a minute to get this done and its worth $1.50 or so ) I go to the drive through, around 6 pm in the evening. There was no other car in drive thru and maybe 1 -2 customer inside. I order it, than pay and they ask me go to the front door and wait there in the car for food and someone will come out with my food and give it to me. (all this trouble so that their average drive thru time is maintained to a good level). I wait for 15 minutes and than it comes out with not cheese or sour cream. By this time I am furious, I go inside to complain, I have to wait coz the lady at the register is busy with drive thru customer, after 5 minutes its my turn, I tell her and all she tells me with an attitude is that do you want me to put some sour cream on it. I am red with anger and hunger, but all is say is that just give me my money back. Oh its not over yet, shew gets another car in the drive thru so tell me to wait, takes the order and than comes back and gives me the money back still talking to the drive thru car. I come here and order bean burritos because I work overnight and thereās nothing yummy that I usually eat, open. Iāve actually enjoyed the burritos and my usual visits but tonight?!
I ordered 2 enchilada chicken burritos, no chicken sub black beans. I am half way through my burrito and start tasting chicken! I spit it out IMMEDIATELY. I have been a vegetarian for 10 years for various reasons including health reasons and Iām so upset that there was no care when reading the instructions on the order ticket. Itās clear as day NO CHICKEN. I had to pull over immediately because I got so sick from the taste, the nerves and the unsettling in my tummy for not knowing if I consumed meat. Iāve been in tears just hysterical about the whole situation.
Taco Bell, Please train your staff to have some respect for the customers that are spending their money for convenience. Iām so very disappointed. I completely understood this since it was past 10pm. So I went through the drive through, only to wait 20+ minutes to be told that I can only have a max of two different orders and that if I wanted to I can "place two orders now and go back through the line for the next order". By this point, the line had considerably grown and wrapped around the store and we explained this to the guy behind the speaker. He couldn't care less. I asked to speak to the manager, the guy remained silent and refused to answer me. I also explained that I was unable to leave the line due to the cars in front of me and how unacceptable this was.
