The burger was good, fries are mediocre. The lady who took the order was wonderful but I have to speak up about an interaction that happened between one of the employees and a EMT that was waiting for food. They were in front of me so I could hear this clearly. The lady who swiped the discount card for their purchase not the order taker, walked over to the EMT’s and told them she accidentally gave them a discount that is for firefighters only and that she wanted to make them aware that they shouldn’t expect to get it again. One of the EMT’s just laughed and said well if it makes you feel better I have 17yrs in as a firefighter also not just EMS. The lady just was like oh well thank you but I just wanted to tell you won’t get that again. I saw the ambulance and could tell they weren’t from the area so they probably will never be back anyways but I wouldn’t if I had been treated that way either. After that the EMT’s looked at each other and the one who spoke to the lady was just like So they only have a fire discount but must be Cops and EMT’s are excluded?? Now that brought up my question of why aren’t they entitled to a discount if the firefighters can have one? They do just as an important of a job. Usually they have First Responders discounts at a lot of places but I just found it incredibly rude of this employee to say that to them the way she did. Liked the food but very rude of...
Read moreI went at the end of a lunch rush. I ordered a #2 (cheeseburger combo) and added pickles and onions (doesn't come with either) and took off the tomato. My total was around $6. The woman taking my order must have been fairly new because she got my special requests correct but she rang up a hamburger combo. When I got my order I asked an employee to just throw a slice of cheese on for me but he told the manager (I didn't need the manager but oh well). However, the manager was very apologetic and was going to remake my burger. I assured him it was unnecessary and he seemed surprised that I was so agreeable. And finally I bit into the burger. It was different than other burgers but extremely tasty and juicy. The pickles are super thick. The lettuce was crispy, not soggy or wilting at all. They do include an entire slice of onion which is more than I prefer but it's great for those that love onions The signature sauce was a surprise and worked well with the burger. The only negative points were that some of my fries were very good but others were hard as a rock. And they offer Coke products but they have 7-up instead of Sprite. I am a die hard sprite drinker and 7-up is not the same. I didn't take any points away for that, I'm not like that. I would've give 4.5 stars, only taking 0.5 stars away for the fries, but I don't have that option. I will return for another burger when I'm...
Read moreI give it 5 stars purely because I don't feel right giving a place that has a staff that is always friendly, a very nice looking establishment & fresh food anything less that that. I will however say this. I have tried them countless times but I never find their food to be any good. It's always fresh & the ingredients are clearly taken care of. But I have never liked their fries because, even though I can clearly see that they are cooking them fresh. They always seem stiff & stale. Their buns have a dissatisfying taste to them as well. The meat is at the same level as other burger places but compared to a Whataburger. Their actual food is a far cry from anything good. You can tell the company makes their employees & customers the priority. But at the same time. I can't understand why In-N-Out burger is always put in the upper echelon of burger joints. I think I'd rather take a McDonald's burger & fries over eating at In-N-Out burger, which is a really really low bar to say the least. I don't want to trash on the company but in a fat man's humble opinion, something needs to be fixed in order for me to want to eat there. I keep wanting to give it a chance because of the above mentioned points. It's a very nice place but the most important aspect is where they failed the most. The food just isn't good & that's a shame. They even have good pricing...
