The service at this location in the mornings is like going to Mc Donalds. I have been here multiple times and these last two times have really done it for me. I had a free reward I wanted to redeem. So I pulled it up on my app and they scanned it outside in the drive thru line. I trusted that the reward was taken because BOTH times the worker just asked for my card to pay for the rest. They didnt tell me my total afterwards which i was trusting that it was taken off. Well that wasnt the case. The reward was NOT taken off and the workers both times was not either being honest or wasnt paying attention that my total was still the same ! I didnt ask for the total because i trusted them to be doing their job RIGHT. I only found out by going through my bank transactions. So this second time I checked my bank account because i showed the reward didn’t redeem and I thought maybe it was an app glitch. Well it wasn’t redeemed and so i had to tell the lady at the drive through window i wanted a refund because i have my free reward I wanted to use. Read moreThis review is now only for this location but for all the chick-fil-a restaurants. Chick-fil-a was my favorite fast food restaurant. I maybe started to using the app since 2014, but i started eating your sandwiches way before that. So I know what it supposed to taste like!!!!!!

Where is the chick-fil-a people used to love? Where is the quality you wanted to serve? Its all gone!!!! Your price is going up but quality is going down seriously. I used to eat chick-fil-a at least,AT LEAST!! 4-5 times a week but now I rarely go just to check if your quality is coming back. Well it seems like its never coming back.

When I order from here I typically order in the morning for delivery anywhere between 11:45 and 12:30, depending on the day. I have always been able to select the Chik-fil-a delivery method when ordering through the app. Today when I tried to order it only allowed door dash as an option. When I went to order online same thing I only had Doordash as an option. Now personally I prefer to not support Doordash just because of how they treat locally owned restaurants, the amount of money they take from local small non-chain restaurants is ridiculous, and I would rather not support that. However, seeing as that was the only thing to do I started an order and was not able to change my delivery time to a future delivery time. Also, when ordering through their web browser it told me it would take me to the Doordash site and I would not earn any rewards points nor would be able to redeem the order for points, which is also ridiculous. Until this gets fixed I will not be ordering from this...
