Campos Furniture Store — Hotel in Farmers Branch

First and foremost, I completely understand why your company is closing. My experience was full of lies and false advertising from the moment I stepped into your store.

I went furniture shopping with a friend for my apartment, and what should have been an exciting day turned into hours of wasted time and frustration. The salesperson, Mike, greeted us as we walked in and gave us what he called a “rundown” of the sales. He clearly stated that anything with a red tag included the entire set. I trusted that information, spent hours deciding, and when I finally made a choice on a couch with a red tag, I was suddenly told it was priced per piece — not the set as I was led to believe.

If that wasn’t bad enough, Mike also told us that orange tags were negotiable, only to later admit that they weren’t negotiable at all and were already set at a fixed price. This was incredibly misleading and a complete waste of my time.

The entire experience felt dishonest and disorganized, and the so-called “high quality” furniture he kept talking about did not look or feel anywhere near high quality. This visit left me upset, disappointed, and feeling like I was tricked into staying in the store longer than I should have.

I would never recommend this...

The men that work here are great. One gentleman helped me select a sectional and a rug and the other helped me with my paperwork & delivery. They have excellent customer service. Now the two women at the front are a totally different story. They are the two rudest individuals I’ve ever seen working customer service. When we walked in the did not great us at ALL…never said a word. They just sat their talking amongst themselves even though they saw us wondering around trying to find some assistance. No hello…no May I help you…NOTHING!! So we just roamed around until the nice man with curly brown hair was finished with other customers. He was clearly very busy and these women could have stopped talking for 30 seconds to address us. Had it not been for this gentleman working I would not have recommended this place at all. The women made me feel like they could care less about me being there. Would’ve gave 5 stars had they showed us decent customer service. I would recommend Campos furniture….but I also recommend training those women better or getting them out of the front of the store. They were not helpful at all and I felt...

The staff here is so friendly and so kind. It’s really a great family. The store is beautiful, clean and still full of great home Decour and bedding I would recommend this place 110%. They are going out of business which is really sad because they were kind enough to let my friends and I film a music video there, they went above and beyond. I am telling everybody to support them because the items that they have are beautiful and at a great price! All of the staff is wonderful and helpful to the max! They will offer you a great deal if you let them know what you’re looking for and what budget you have, I bought a chair from here and I’m so happy it’s so cute and it was within my budget. The fact that they let us film with no hassle and just wanted to support us really meant a lot to me! Please check them out! I promise you’ll find something that you love the rugs are fantastic. They have cute little kids section as well, I will definitely be back. I’m not sure when they’re leaving but you have to go before they do! 10 out of 10!! Thank y’all for...
