Update: Ordered Greene's. Order was well done and correct. Thank you Greene's staff. Issue: Disbelief is all I can say Bates. How you can completely 100% mess up a Door Dash order is beyond me, and I mean really messed up. Got noting I ordered and things I did not order. Yea, it's DD, but it is still an order and money to you (and just likely a past customer who comes in often but could not make it this time). It's Bates personnel's job to put the orders together correctly, right? Makes sense so far, right? These people don't belong in the customer service industry of they cannot do their job correctly. Bates has really nose-dived in service and quality, a real shame as they were the go-to place 15 or 30 years ago. Called back on my messed up DD order and the Bates phone, well, it just goes straight to a Verizon prompt stating out of service, so therefore here is my issue in writing. Cheating customers out of their money and you're unwillingness or hiding not to back up your wrongs, that is terrible customer service and indicates your a business that could care less. Wasted 2 hours of my Saturday night, on a losing establishment, such as this has become. Come on Bates, what has happened to you? Even the wrong food you sent looked gross and underprepared. It went straight to the trash. Sorry Rocky Raccoon. Slow down and pay attention. Get some people who care about their job. Or, let someone who cares run...

The young ladies that work in this Bates have always been so very nice and wonderful. Iโm upset with myself that I have not done a great review for each of those workers. However, there is a red head gentlemen that works at this location. His attitude needs a real change. He is rude, non-polite and needs an in person & over the phone upgrade. His customer service is the poorest. Since the COVID-19 my dollars will be used in locations that are happy for my presents with a smile. My girlfriend explained to her without raising her voice that I gave you $20 and the cashier than held up a $5 bill as if that's what she received!
My girlfriend then gave her another $20 bill and the cashier knowing that she received a $20 in the first place handed my girlfriend back the change from that order!
I hate a thief!!!! And a dishonest business proprietor who won't even attempt to resolve an incident when it's own employee makes a mistake!
