Everyone has something going on in life. Showing kindness and understanding goes a long ways. My mom and I came in after a super rough day. The food was good and our server was nice. The issue was the person who checked us out. I accidentally forgot to switch my new card for my old card I just gotten that morning. So I appoligized and asked if I could use Apple Pay because I had the new card on there because if updated there. The app would work either and it wasn’t declined the machine wouldn’t not work. Then I used another card but stated that one wouldn’t work as well but I told them I have the money and tried Apple Pay once more and that didn’t work. When I asked them to trouble shoot by unplugging and plugging it back in because I do tech support she just snorted at me and said I am the one who used an expired card. I felt so embarrassed 😞 and so yeah I messed up on one card but used four other “good” payment methods that once I got home I checked and no charges was on it so the machine didn’t even try. So I don’t get why I had to be made to feel like I done something wrong vs showing compassion and working with me on “your machine” when I can show u on my phone app...

Delivery was flawless. Timely manner, food was still hot. The omelette was amazing. They use chunks instead of shredded. Cheese was melty. Toast and hash browns done perfectly. They included a plethora of condiments, including different jelly, which is a bonus. The wings, crisp, delicious, always hitting with the ranch. French toast was probably some of the best I’ve ever had recently. Very well done. My only slight disappointment(because I’m spoiled and it’s what I’d do) is the pecans. I figured they’d be candied, but no biggie, the syrup saved them! I think price-wise this was the better option, at least via delivery. It was at least cheaper than L. George’s, my go-to. Two stars because they are fast! Other than that, the food is horrible, and they need to stick to hot dogs and things that don’t require flavor. The veggie omelet had such a small amount of cheese that I had to open it to see if there was any. Worst $24 I have ever spent for two breakfast specials that I wanted to throw in the trash. The best thing could have been the rye toast , but it was soggy. Hash browns with peppers and onions were tasteless and wet looking. They use plenty of oil to make the food look greasy. This is the last time that I will eat there. Food does not need to have salt to be tasty. It’s going in the trash because I don’t return food. Maybe they depend on folks ordering meat to add flavor.
