Selling clearance stuff at full price I saw a belt bag with yellow clearance tag on the aisle. When I scanned at self check with my other stuff, I didn't realize came with regular price $20. So I left my purchase at my car and walked back to the store and asked the cashier supervisor for this price with recipt on hand. She insisted this item was a regular price. So I left. Today at Target at Troy realize yes, this is a product on clearance and I paid for same thing $6. Totally unacceptable !! Besides of that this store has no restocked the Purified Drinking Water "Good & Gather" 1 gallon size for three weeks. Seems that your local customers needs to drive further to get this. Anyways I need to stop by and return the over priced product.

This specific store - I wouldn't recommend at all. The manager was rude to his own associates (I overheard while passing by); then I saw the deal get $100 worth of baby items (diapers, wipes, food and formula), so I got all the items I needed, including baby food;, and at the cashier was told that I'm mistaken, the deal was only for diapers and wipes. I had to go back to the isles with 2 little kids to take picture and bring the photo back to prove what I was promised. They didn't even apologize for making me go all the way back to the baby items isles. It's the worst target experience ever

Great place to shop and Take a break enjoy a Starbucks. Or grab a snack. Shop for clothes, electronics, groceries, accessories, a variety of make up and household items and still not be able to see everything. The household area has party decorations, plates, and more. pictures, appliances just about everything you need all-in-one place. Blankets, bedding, towels shower curtains and hardware. Need ice you can pick up at the end of your shopping on the way home or to the park! Allergies check out the Pharmacy isles!

DO NOT WORK HERE. I know the starting wage might be tempting but don't subject yourself to terrible, unorganized and uncompromising working conditions. I worked at this location in 2021-2022 as a seasonal worker and my experience was relatively good completely unlike it was recently. Before I even had this job I talked with the head of human resources to talk about my availability. I explicitly requested to have Tuesday and Saturday off and the amount of hours I could work. After completing the virtual interview and being told to come in for orientation "this Saturday" by Jessie himself, I come in to the store on time and talk with a floor team lead. Apparently Jessie isn't even there and no one knows anything about my orientation. A few days later on Tuesday I call and I ask about orientation, he responds that there is another one Tuesday and this Saturday. (I called on Tuesday and there was no way I could make it in that day because it wouldn't have ever fit my availability as I said before) I attribute it to a small mistake and not that big of a problem so I show up the next Saturday after Tuesday. I explicitly express to HR at orientation that I can't work Tuesdays or Saturdays and I also stated again the amount of hours I wanted to work per week. I started work the day after and my hours were already past my requested availability and I was set for days like Tuesday and Saturday that I expressed I couldn't be available for. That day I was "trained" for about 3 hours until my trainer left and I was left to figure everything else out for the rest of my 8 hour shift. Whenever I would call up on the walkie for assistance I would never receive any. At the end of my shift I talked with one of the managers to adjust my availability back to what I originally set for it. I had an emergency for one day in which I went to my doctor and received extensive proof, this was also more than an hour before I was scheduled to work. I called out thorough the app and called the store aswell, I called twice and was on hold for nearly 15 minutes trying to reach someone who could record my absence but could not reach anyone. A week later I noticed that my schedule was changed and I was working past my availability again and on days I requested to not work multiple times. I arrived at work on Sunday and tried to have someone switch my schedule yet again but no one from HR was present and my supervisor was also not present. I also viewed my weekly schedule Sunday and Monday for the next week. Today (Tuesday) I was supposed to work at 2:45 but when I looked at my target application today it was changed and I needed to come in at 1:30. I tried calling up the store and when I finally received someone it was Thomas (who I tried reaching multiple times many different days) alerting me to my termination. I close off by saying it's not worth wasting your time and compromising your own availability for a job you're nothing but...

I just learned about an appalling experience that an acquaintance had at this Target location. The store manager unfairly banned them from the store after accusing them of being “reckless” while using a mobility scooter. In reality, the teenager—who has dwarfism and struggles with walking long distances—was simply trying to navigate through extremely tight aisles where displays were sticking out. While they accidentally bumped two displays, no damage was caused.

Instead of offering help, the manager followed them around, took photos of them without permission, and confronted them. Even after the individual clearly explained that walking for long periods causes severe back and leg pain, the manager dismissed them, saying he saw them walk in “just fine” and therefore didn’t need the scooter. He went further by accusing them of intentionally crashing into displays—without any proof.

This isn’t an isolated case either. This is now the third or fourth story I’ve personally heard about this exact location where the manager unfairly banned a customer without real cause. Even more concerning, instead of going through proper channels—such as filing a trespass order with police—the manager simply takes photos of customers and declares them “banned.” That is highly unprofessional, deeply unethical, and creates an environment of fear and discrimination.

This behavior is unacceptable. It shows a pattern of blatant discrimination, lack of professionalism, and abuse of authority. Store managers are not medical professionals and have no right to decide whether a customer’s mobility needs are valid.

Target, this is outrageous and disappointing. I strongly urge you to investigate this manager immediately and take corrective action. Customers deserve dignity, respect, and accessibility—not harassment, humiliation, and arbitrary bans. Do...

Have always loved and still love shopping at Target. Orderly, clean and beautifully arranged store. Feel happy and totally comfortable shopping at Target. Great selection of merchandise and good prices. Wonderful shopping experience.

Another wonderful shopping trip at Target. Enter store and instantly beautiful colors are visible and welcoming. Interacted with friendly, helpful and courteous employees. Treated just the way a customer wants to be treated, with respect and kindness. For me, shopping is fun and shopping at Target is stress free and worry free. Fun pure and simple.

My friend needed to shop for specific items, recommended Target. She was not disappointed and saved money. Store clean and bright. Checkout associate welcoming and capable as we had active coupons and discounts. She smiled and interacted with us. We exited store two happy customers. Thank you.

Returned to shop at Target for specific items. Store welcoming, bright, colorful, clean and organized. Impressed with variety of organic meats, fruits and vegetables. Easy to navigate isles for goods. Checkout a breeze. Pleased customer…

Entered store and browsed several departments. Store clean and well organized. Needed help lifting four 32 pack Ice Mountain Spring Water bottles into cart. Asked nearby team member for help, he immediately assisted me and lifted packs into my cart. Offered his assistance loading packs of water into my vehicle. Music to my ears, a godsend. Pulled car up front of store and employee placed water packs into car, with a smile on his face. Countless times, I thanked him. Best customer service on planet, on...
