The only reason I give a 4 is the food was good, a little pricey but I was expecting that :) BUT the worker was extremely rude. Kept rushing me and didn't listen when I told her I wasn't done and kept wanting me to cash out. I was ordering for me and my 2 son's(who were standing right next to me, so it was pretty obvious I wasn't the only one ordering). I asked her the price of a drink, she was rude with her response. It was like we inconvenienced her for coming in. Mind you we were the ONLY people in there.
The other lady was fine, not very personable but she wasn't outright rude like this lady. Even my 13 year old noticed and said something to me about her attitude. When I ordered i told her I wanted the nova lox, no onion add Avacados. She said, you want Avacados instead of cream cheese, I said no, just add Avacados no onion (no big deal I get she might have misunderstood, that's fine). She proceeded to say my order back wrong 2 more times and then she told me oh so you want Avacados on one said and cream cheese on the other...um no? Lol. Not that complicated. I even stated multiple times, make it normal, I just wanted no onions add Avacados.
She then tried to ring in my order which I had to tell her AGAIN I still had to order for my son. Which she rolled her eyes (literally rolled her eyes and got huffy) and proceeded to make my son's food. Also the Avacados wasn't very good and the Avacados was actually kind of brown :/ I hate complaining but this is just ridiculous.

Read moreExtremely bad experience on Saturday April 5, ordered my food at one register, went to another register to pay for my order. After paying for my order I was waiting at the register near the exit for my food. When my order was ready, server called my name, I replied "Im right here", thinking she would continue walking towards me to give me the food that I had ordered. To my surprise, she stood by the middle of the counter and replied "come and get your order". I was shocked, I asked her if she could bring me the order since I had already paid and was standing near the exit. She replied, "it don't work like that here, if you want your order you need to ("come and get it"), or if you want me to bring it to you then you will be waiting a long time. The store was not busy at all, maybe 3 customers. Another reason why I asked her to bring me the order is because I am a senior and at times I have trouble walking. I asked for a refund, and left the store. This was an unbelievable horrible experience. I will be filing a formal consumer complaint. No customer should ever be told to "come and get their order." Servers should be "polite and professional" at all times, regardless to whether the customer is elderly, handicap, or have trouble walking.

Read moreWorst experience I ever had! I usually go to the store which is on crooks and big beaver which is in Troy. They are very kind and attentive and food is top notch. But today I came to this store at Farmington. I asked for a sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese, the lady who is taking care of me not even listening what I’m saying she said is that all go to the payment section on to your left. I was like I’m not done yet. My regular order is sesame bagel and a hot mocha latte! They have this sign that their espresso machine is out and I asked about it. She replied that it’s been like that for more than 3 months? I’m not sure what’s going on with this store. I literally felt racism here and the bagel that I asked it came cold. She gave me without toasting it. I agree I didn’t told them to toast but I never told them in Troy location too because they ask prior that you want it to be toasted or no. Here no one takes care about the customer. I’m really disappointed with the service they provide and I told her(cashier) to make another bagel toasted and I’m ready to pay for it. But she only charged for one and made another bagel which is not great than the previous one. She(the one who made my bagel) even told me that “oh you go to Troy location frequently then you don’t know what you need” I was like this is how you speak to a customer. It’s not even funny.
