Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

Three months ago I got 3 cheeser bread and the manger harassed my mom and stuff and looked NOTHING like the advertising and I threw up after eating and now I tried it again same stuff it was horrible I told the employee who made it I’m extremely upset and it looks nothing like the advertisement he said he is sorry and that’s it re made the bread and never stepping foot in this building ever again I’m sick of this place horrible it is and eveyrbing goodbye hungry howies and middle and 9 mile you are a horrible place

If I see something online or on a tv I except the same way I’m store and this is just crazy this store needs to get it together before it loses it customer base and shuts down I wouldn’t be surprised if this shuts down within a few years it’s goingdown hill

Also a manger today yelled at me and other stuff I’m sick I’m upset and cannot desc my anger at this place I got my food and never coming back ever again nothing will make me come back here nothing will convince me

Another edit: after a few days later I got a bad stomuch virus and got very sick kept throwing up in the morning I couldn’t eat food barely could drink I think this food made me sick and I’m super upset

I recently ordered a veggie pizza from Hungry Howie's expecting a delicious meal tailored to my dietary preferences. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I was shocked to discover that the pizza delivered to me had chicken on it along with vegetables. This mistake was not only disappointing but also unacceptable, given my vegetarian, its completely religious for me. I immediately contacted Pizza Place to report the issue, hoping for a quick resolution or at least an apology. To my surprise, the staff was not only extremely disrespectful and even feel bad for the mistake . They showed no remorse for the mistake and made no effort to correct it or compensate for the inconvenience caused. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver the correct order, but their rude and dismissive attitude added insult to injury. As a result, I cannot recommend Pizza Place to anyone looking for good service and respectful customer interaction. They need to seriously improve both their order accuracy and their customer...

Horrible management and poor results. I ordered a deep dish pizza and a side of 3 cheese bread. The pizza came out uneven, so much so that the thicker side was uncooked, and the crust was thinner than the bread. I called to let the store know and the manager insisted that it was right because "she made it herself" and then hung up the phone. When I brought the pizza back into the store, she opened the box and said "This is deep dish, there's nothing I can do" and threw the pizza in the trash. No apology, no consolation for wasting my time, nothing.

More than the quality of pizza itself, I'm disappointed and disgusted with the service received. Evidently I'll take the follow up to corporate since this manager doesnt care about quality or perception. This location is an embarrassment to...
