On break, I went here to get lunch. I pulled up to the speaker the lady was who spoke was rude. I said multiple times that I have a tomato allergy and need them to please change their gloves. The lady just said yup pull to the window. She didn't say a word but yanked my card out my hand before I could say anything. Then, she hurried to shut the window. Barely open the window just enough to reach her arm out to give me my card. No recipe. Then she almost dumped my drink on me. She shoved it out the window that was barely open. Then, she shoved the food out the window. Slamed it shut without saying one word. Or giving me a chance to talk. I called customer service. Who felt horrible for my experience offered to give me a new meal. Mind you, I was working a 14-hour shift that day, and that was the only time I could leave my store. I threw my whole meal away as soon as I got back to work. Because I can't afford to have an allergic reaction and go to the hospital because I can't breathe. Because I had no clue if they changed...
Read moreSo the good: the food was fresh (as fresh as you expect at Wendy's) and warm. Even the fries weren't too salty. The dining room and drink station were clean, not perfect, but clean enough you wouldn't have any issues. Rest of this is not a reflection of the cashier, the only one who seemed frustrated at the crawling speeds behind that counter.
Now the bad. Long wait times. Average wait was 8-12 minutes while I was there. In fact, those making the food were so slow with it, I thought the cashier was ready to kill them. Then they had orders wrong and mixed up. Don't they have a board back there saying what's next? 1st guy in line waited 15 minutes for a 4for4 menu item. Then he had to return. As they got it wrong. There was zero urgency, even from the manager or shift leader with a clipboard who looked out at the lines, then turned around and hid in back again. And yet these are the people demanding $15 hour... with no urgency to get orders right. Sad when they lose their jobs due...
Read moreWhenever I go here there’s always an issue. The first time it’s that they’re only taking cash, the second time they’re only taking door dash, the last few times it’s just poor service. Both of the people at the window had no idea what we even ordered, sat and stared at us when we politely said they didn’t give us all our food, had no idea how to handle it, gave us the wrong thing, we had to politely tell them again we still didn’t have all of our stuff, and they had to look at our receipt for a few minutes before handing us the rest, and then they had an attitude and snippy with us, and then still gave us the wrong food. We ordered 2 meals. I get having a rough experience every once in a while but it’s every time we have gone to this location. It’s like there’s no one managing the store or anything. Just poor customer service and just poor service...
