The head manager is no longer Esther!! :( WHY???

She was the best. Her personality was electrifying, her smile and ability to get to know her customers was the reason we kept going back for more pretzels!!!!

Without her the business ISN'T THE SAME!! I got a pretzel and it wasn't symmetrical (it was dense, it wasn't the same thickness like what Esther or even other Auntie Anne's kiosks in Provo or ABQ make). The current lady WHO ISN'T ESTHER was trained but it doesn't look like she knows what she's doing....or she's doing whatever she wants, but I didn't pay 3-4 dollars to get a skimpy pretzel. The pretzel that the new person is making doesn't look pretty or enticing at all! BRING BACK ESTHER!!!!!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I went and ordered a pink lemonade. They had a ten year old working the register. Then they gave me a blue raspberry lemonade. I told them I ordered the pink lemonade, which turned out to be the worst tasting lemonade I’ve ever tasted. And I was already upset because my total was over 5 dollars. I asked for my receipt and the older lady working there started acting all huffy towards me. She slammed my correct lemonade on the counter. Tried to tell me I was wrong about having been charged for two lemonades when the receipt clearly showed I was double charged. Then slammed my refund on the counter. This was my first time trying this establishment, I needed a quick bite for lunch so I stopped by around 5:30ish & got a whole pretzels which was the Pepperoni & Jalepeño pretzel w/ a side of cheese dip. Total was around $7. The pretzel was pretty good, only downside is the pretzel probably was sitting there for a good couple hours or was over cooked some parts were pretty hard but over all it was good.
