Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Farmington

First time caller. Last time customer. Website is horrible to set up and has several flaws. Ordered, looked it over more than a few times. Order arrived. No Pink Lemonade or Raspberry Iced Tea gallons. Oops. Driver cusses. Ok, I can let the cussing go. He was apologetic and offered a free bread and was going back to to the store to get the drinks. Another 20 minute wait. Then I open the pizzas. Got a BLT 8 inch. So I called and was put on hold for 2 minutes. I hung up. Called again, and they answered. Girl was nice, apologetic as I asked, doesn't a BLT come with Lettuce & Tomato? She said, didn't it come with L&T? Huh, why would I call if it didn't? So they would make another one. Then I called and had wanted to see if I could I substitute the free Cinnamon Bread for another 8 inch pizza, a ham and mushroom. Girl answers puts me on hold. OMG. Then another 2-2 1/2 minutes pass and I hung up. I called gain, the driver answered and I inquired about the substitution. He graciously accepted. Then he arrived again. Stated they had a call off (why do people even bother to apply for jobs if you're not going to be responsible?) and we're a bit slammed. Ok I thought. Gave me my drinks. I wasn't looking. After he left I received two gallon jugs of iced tea, NO pink lemonade. I wasn't going to call again. Rather I would just voice my opinion and Caveat Emptor to all to warn you. My experience may not be yours, but it is frustrating that they would rather rush than be right. I always say quality and committment over everything. They failed the first time and therefore will not get a second time. Won't hurt them, but that is what KMart said before the implosion. Team, think and review. QC before the product goes out. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOOD AND INTERACTING WITH THE STAFF!!! ORDERED THROUGH UBER EATS 03/16/2025 RECEIVED ORDER FOR A WHOLE STEAK AND CHEESE GRINDER. FIRST THING UPON OPENING THE BOX IT WAS LITERALLY FULL OF LETTUCE!! I SCOOPED UP TWO AND A HALF "HANDFULLS" OF LETTUCE TO THROW AWAY! THERE WAS A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF STEAK ALMOST NON EXISITANT. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN TO THIS ACTUAL STORE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. NO AVAIL. I SPOKE WITH KAYCEE TO GIVE ME A CALL BACK WHEN A MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE. NO CALL. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY 03/17/2025 THE GUY WHO ANSWERED WAS RUDE AS HELL, TELLING ME TO CONTACT UBER EATS. I ASKED ARE U NOT CONCERNED WITH THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT I SPENT 40 BUCKS FOR???! HE NEVER ASKED ABOUT WHAT THE ISSUE WAS ONLY TO CALL UE. WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE. THE FACT THAT UE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTUALLY MAKING THE FOOD, AND THE GUY WAS DISMISSIVE, SHORT, RUDE AND DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM WITH WHAT THEY SERVED WAS A UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED.! I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS PLAIN DISGUST AND DISATISFACTION WITH ANY OTHER BELLCINOS LOCATION EVER! THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE THE LAST TIME AS QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CLEARLY IS NOT A FACTOR. We have been coming fairly frequently to this restaurant. We have noticed a very decent in years past to very poor after today's visit. Today EVERY table was dirty with some tables even having dishes on them the entire time we were in the diningroom. Today, in order to have a clean table, I myself, cleaned the table so we would have a place to sit. Also, your menu board near the door is all scribbled on and some items have been taped out. Why is it such a problem to get a new menu board rather than have a menu board with scribbled out items you no longer have? Pretty tacky. And since this is the first thing you see when you walk in the door, we almost feel like we should walk out since it is such a mess. My husband said the bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper, paper towel, or hand soap! Yuck! Are YOU even washing your hands when making our food? We were the only customers in the diningroom the whole time. So after our meals were given to us, their radio went really loud. No one came out to clean up, they were standing around in the kitchen jamming out to the music. Unpleasant experience to say the least. I do not want go give you a star today, but had no choice. It was THAT bad....
