I love this place so so much. It has been my favorite go to acai bowl place since I was 16. Being that there’s only locations remotly near me are the Farmington and Spanish fork, and living in the middle I always have to make the drive just to come. Spanish fork is usually a little closer, but today I decided to go to Farmington because it’s nostalgic for me. But when I got there they had gotten rid of all my favorite things. I always go HEAVY on the almond butter. They got rid of it entirely. Same with several fruit toppings like the blueberries. I also LOVE LOVE LOVR cocoa nibs. I ask for an entire 4 oz side of them because it’s my favorite part of the acai bowl. And they GOT RID OF THEM😭😭 I was so disappointed I made the 45-50 minute drive simply for an acai bowl just for them to have gotten rid of all my favorite toppings. Meanwhile Spanish fork still has them all!! So I guess I’ll be going there from now on. The girls working were super sweet and apologetic and obviously it’s not their fault. They told me people complain all the time about the menu changes so hopefully the management reconsiders. Super sad that management got rid of half of their menu though. I also tried calling multiple times to check that they had everything in stock and it immediately went to voicemail. When I got there they told me they didn’t even have a phone anymore. Could’ve avoided the inconvenience just by having a phone. Love everbowl love the girls working there. So sad about the menu changes feels like they gutted it...

First of all, I love this place. I love the quality of the food. It is soooo good! BUT......I have TWO big issues with this place: FIRST - I have now ordered twice off DOOR DASH and both times I have received the wrong order. So frustrating. Door Dash only gives partial refunds so I am out when it was your fault. SECOND - The last time I was in the the store, there were three employees and two people in front of me. One girl was helping the first customer, and there was a guy in front of me....not one other person in the store. The second employee was wandering around from the back to the front....not really doing anything. The third person was cutting fruit. The serving counter was FULL of fruit. They were letting the ONE employee serve all of us while the other two didn't help. I don't get that! Where is your customer serve? I stood in line for 20 minutes, when it could have been 5 for my turn. Then I had to say something to the girl cutting fruit and ask her to help because my break was almost over. I could tell the guy in front of me was getting ticked too. I shouldn't have to ask the other girls to help when it was evident she needed help. Your employees need some training on how to read the room and when to stop doing what they are doing and jump...

I stopped in after a volleyball tournament today to reward my daughter. (This was our second visit to Everbowl... (and after we cash in the gift card, could be our last.)) She made an order with a total of $11.22. She gave the employee $20.00 cash. The employee told her she could not give her any change. My daughter left the store confused. After asking my daughter for my change back and learning she was not given any we went back into the store. The four working employees all asked if they could help, but not one approached the counter to actually provide the help they were offering. They all had a "dear in the headlights expression" when seeing me enter the store with my daughter. After asking why she was not given change, I was told it is against store policy to give change. I asked if they could change how the purchase was made and I would pay with my card so they did not have to give back change. I was then told they could not offer a refund. Eventually the store employee offered to give me a gift card with the remaining balance of the $20 they took from my daughter. I can't help but wonder if this was not a ploy to gain extra tip money and how many others have been scammed. This behavior is un ethical and unprofessional.

This occurred at your Farmington...

I want to love you but I can’t. The last three times I ordered online have been horrendous. The first time they forgot the acai base. The second time the bowls were small and we received a little base, the same fruit and a lot of air at the top. The most recent time (May 28 2021) we received not a lot of base, they forgot the honey and the chia/flax, and bananas were over ripened, and I had three strawberry slices and like a whole banana - shouldn’t the toppings be even? I even ordered a medium instead of a small hoping to get more base. Didn’t happen. I waited to post to see if it was a one off - it’s not. There is better success in store since you can ask for more, but the product should be standardized and seems like their training may be off. As much as I enjoyed it, it’s not worth the money anymore.

I couldn’t even finish the bowl it was so sickly sweet. We have travel for work and have Acaí all over the country and this is the worst I’ve had. Way higher than California prices and if you want to change one thing they charge you $2 on top of already high prices. The Acaí base had so much corn syrup in it you could see it string together and barely tasted like Acaí at all, more like the sweetest sorbet ever. Not even the right color. The bowl wasn’t even filled to the top and didn’t include granola. Pretty gross overall and left feeling cheated and annoyed before I even tried it.

My family used to really enjoy coming to Everbowl. It’s a healthier dessert with fresh fruits, chia pudding, and granola. The restaurant is super cute and clean and the staff moves through the line quickly. However, the prices have unfortunately skyrocketed. The large whatever bowls used to cost $13-14. With the new “add ons” strategy, the same bowl now costs over $19. Being a family of 5, stomaching a dessert that is pushing $100 without tip will dramatically impact the frequency of our trips. Bummed about the changes.
