Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Farmington

The drive thru employee, Nathaniel, was in a bad mood when taking our order.

We needed him to repeat something he said and right away he had serious attitude in his tone and hurried our transaction giving us our total with out asking if we wanted anything else.

We would of ordered more but not worth dealing with someone like that and knowing he don't care about his customers.

The person in front of us had to get his attention again because he didn't put sauce in his bag and his words were, "WHAT SAUCES YOU WANT!?"

It's not our fault Nathaniel was having a bad day. We got to the window he took our card, ran it, handed it back to sign with out saying a word, and gave us our order. No communication what so ever.

No wonder why you got a 3.6 rating probably him.

Also, honey butter biscuits had no honey butter. Dry as heck.

I am usually not a fan of Church's Chicken. However this was a visit worth mentioning. We went through the drive-thru the lady working the register was helpful and very polite. We told her we where going to the park for a picnic with our kids. She made sure we had everything we could need. Extra napkins, plates, cups for the gallon of sweet tea. The food was some of the best I have ever had from Church's. This experience will make me definitely make me give this location...

I can not stand this place, who ever is the manager needs to be fired. Every time I come here it's an hour wait. I literally drove up to the drive-thru and waited an hour just to even get to talk to with only one car in front of me and then they told me that the chicken was going to take an extra 20 minutes to cook. This is BS! You can even hear people laughing in the background about us having to wait. This is not funny at all. I hope they fire all the lazy people...
