Whataburger — Restaurant in Farmington

I wanted there double combo meal but instead got there single whatever combo meal and they made me pay a premium price for it and I was very unhappy I tried to call no one answers the phone and went try to correct there mistakes and therefore the manager was rude and inconsiderate didn't care at all therefore I will never go back to this establishment ever again cause of how rude they all are and giving me the run around!!!! Yet they didn''t hire my relative when they first open and even though she had good experience in this food industry and certificate in culinary arts still didn't hire and when she applied again still got rejected they cancelled the interview like 15 times alright then my relative gets it you have some kind of vendetta against my relative and you guys purposely gave me the wrong order as well I will be sure to tell everyone not to eat here ever cause of how manipulative and unprofessional they all...

My girlfriend and I have heard good things about the food since they have opened but wanted to wait for the hype to die down before trying it. Today was our first time trying the establishment and I am very disappointed on how the drive through experience was starting with the our order being taken but no way to confirm my order was correct as the order taker did not confirm and sent us forward with nothing showing on there huge display. It took over 45 minutes to just get to the end of lane B watching over a dozen vehicles in lane A fly through and receive there meals even watching the vehicles way behind me in lane A pass us. The service lady came out to confirm our name for our order & told us lane B is just slower and sorry for the wait. When receiving our food the order was wrong and we had to remind them of our drinks. For being there OVER an hour there was no sense of service recovery for the LONG wait and...

Service was fast but only because they forgot to give me what I paid for. Not only does staff not understand what a lettuce wrap is, but they fail to include much necessary ingredients that should be present when ordering a traditional burger. Lettuce wrap does not mean on a plate, with no mustard, no fork to eat it with and shredded lettuce in a cup especially when my first question prior to ordering was an affirmation of lettuce wrap being an option. This visit has sorely left me disappointed in my first time experience. Didn't even get the ranch I paid for. Sure, it's 50 cents but do this 100 times over the day and you've pocketed $50 of stolen money that was not exchanged with paying customers for goods rendered.
