Jade Buffet — Restaurant in Farmington

Came back! Another 5 star visit. I was seated at a little corner table. Came to realize it is closest possible to the food! lmao

Had soup this time. It was hot and tastey! Pot stickers are my fave and they are perfect at Jade. Only thing i had not 5 star was a dinner roll. Hard as a rock. lol then I thought , who eats rolls with Chinese? Didnt mind a bit not eating that roll. There were only 4 rolls left so it had been out a bit. And I did not see an empty pan needing food.

I'll be back prolly sooner than later!!

BTW everything at each table is wiped down as soon as those patrons leave. Each person is given a glove to handle utensils for your food. Very impressive in my book er review....

1st visit 1 month ago Solved my craving for Chinese buffet!! Even arriving during last hour of business the food looked and tasted really good.

Could use a bit more variety in dessert section but I was too full to want more any way.

Very reasonable price AND senior discount.

BEWARE!!! IF, you want a plate (Styrofoam container), "to go"...think HARD about it BEFORE doing it!! I was seated, waiting on my company to arrive, so I went ahead and started eating thinking they were minutes behind me. WELL...15 minutes in and I got a call saying they were in traffic behind a car crash and the highway was shut down. I thought I'd just grab a meal "to go" and head home. I got rice, lo-mein, and a few other things and went to pay up. Although they did give me a SENIOR DISCOUNT ONCE I ASKED FOR IT, I was charged $42 for the "take out meal"!!! They charge, by the ounce. I almost passed out. I asked if I could get my drink (I had ice water with my meal), to go, and they said it would cost me $2 for the "to go cup". NOW...I don't know about anyone else, (and, yes, it was an owner who rang up my bill), but...IF that's how they are going to start price gouging everyone who eats there and supports their business...THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR...

Don’t ever take Autistic children to the Jade Buffet because they treat Autism totally different and moves away so they touch the employees because I don’t understand Autism and they stop customers around an autistic children and they act they are scared and when they don’t they charge. I wasn’t finished and the snobby waitress took my drink and my grandson drink who is autistic and we weren’t finished, very disrespectful towards handicapped children The variety isnt very good. The food was nasty and cold I found a hair in my food. Table was dirty the salt and pepper shakes had dried on food on them. The waitress acted like she didn't care what we said about the food she also tested the food with her to get as she walked away from our table. Very discussing I will never return and the Manager was...
