if you do door dash i recommend not coming to this location, i had went in there 5 - 10 mins before my customers order was ready. i told the red head lady at the counter who my order was for. they said that the order was picked up. i had called my customer and explained, she told me it wasn’t picked up and then i realized, only one person can be assigned a order. so they had to of givin it to some bum who wasn’t even a door dasher!! i went inside asked for the manger she rolled her eyes at me. i had explained what was going on she came at me rude told me i had to tell my customer to cancel her order!! how’s that even a thing?? keep in mind i was on the phone with MYYYY customer the whole time, so she heard how i was talked to. she proceeded to cuss me out the door told me to never come back like i would with a crazy lady screaming at me. she also had said she was going to have her boyfriend “beat me” i’m a tiny female??? i also seen how she treats her employees i am so sorry for them. she dropped dressing bottles on the ground made them pick them up. kicked sauce on the ground. slammed the fridge door at her employee and all in front of her customers?? at this point i’m just assuming anyone can be a manger? not only was i harassed, embarrassed, emotionally assaulted, but i ALMOST lost my job door dashing over her “sad home life”....
Read moreFood is great and customer service is excellent. I came in and ordered the new promotional burrito - the triple cheese nacho burrito - along with 2 cheesy potato soft tacos and the naked chicken chalupa box; I've always considered them breaded because naked would suggest no breading. They food was good as always. However, they did forget my chalupa box. I've worked in fast food before so I know how faced paced it can be. Since I dined in, I wasnt too concerned with waiting to get my box as I had food to occupy my wait time. My personal experience as an employee at this Taco Bell, I know there are a lot of things that would need to be changed to increase productivity such as Windows XP being the main operating systems of their kiosks for inputting customers orders. As a repair technician Windows XP hasnt had updates since April of 2014. It would be very beneficial to upgrade. However, most of the people that make those decisions only see the accounting perspective but dont understand its impact on a break-even analysis. The customer is the priority; without them, the business does not work. Overall as far as a customer experience, it was great and will continue to go as long as they remain a business here...
Read moreNormally very friendly. Did a door dash order and the order wasn’t ready. They told me when I walked in that it was being worked on and will be out shortly. After 10 minutes I asked about the order. They could barely answer me and were just scrambling around. Honestly I felt a bit of attitude from the manager. I was not rude at all. It was a very simple question that was met with every other response than a simple one. We don’t get paid to sit and wait. Our order is also on a time restraint that if we go too far past we get penalized for. Which happened at this Taco Bell a week ago. When you don’t have a door dash order ready and you know it won’t be ready for awhile just let the dasher know honestly. Especially when asked a simple yes or no question. I literally asked “will the order be ready shortly or the next ten minutes”. I only went further into detail telling them I’ll just cancel the order and let someone else grab it when it’s ready but oh that was so hard to comprehend. I’ve worked in fast food before through lunch rushes and ect. Never have I seen a manager...
