Usually very friendly fast and comfortable experience last 5 plus years this visit I had new guy and commication with ordering was a negative experience from the ordering standpoint I only ordered on buy one get one free 5 burgers with paying for extra cheese. What I got told was the coupon that went with a number order or my sack bags of burger was keyed in wrong and I got charged a buy on get one free number 1 which I never ordered or paid for and was forced to pay for it because he keyed it in wrong . I had 8 burgers more than I wanted and didn't get the 5 plus 5 with cheese I was very disappointed and will probably stopped using them for months til I know the new guy is trained and I will write out my menu choices prior to ordering with coupons so no more.miscomm. again in future. I usually have a flawless experience with this location. However, this time was an online order and pick up, and it was not as specified. We barely ate any of it, and me being the introvert as I am, didn't call and complain. I accepted my subpar meal and moved on. Will eat there again, as it is my local location. White Castle is my favorite. But when I say extra EXTRA onions, I mean onions. Not only were there not extra, it's as if they went out of their way to make sure there were none. When I buy 20 sliders and a 20 sac of chicken rings, plus fries and all the extras, and spend $50 on a birthday meal, it's disheartening to not have a specification so simple, met. When I visited my dad in Missouri for the first time decades ago, I had a White Castle. It was amazing, and every time I’ve visited since then, I’ve made sure to eat there at least once, and each time, it’s just as good as I remembered.
